PowerToolSpares Arvostelua

Easy identification of parts on their website.
Quick delivery.
Bosch jigsaw repaired for £25 rather than having to replace.

Great service

incredible service by powertools uk.

Ordered the Rupes tool on Wednesday morning, got it delivered to northern Ireland BY 3PM THE NEXT DAY.

Totally delighted with free coffee mug and pen.

thanks again

Easy order and superfast delivery. New guide is light years better than the original. Only thing that is pants are the instructions. These could do with being updated. However if you are the type of person buying this item you should have no real problems fitting it

Incredibly quick delivery, would recommend this company

Easy to use, found the exact parts we needed and delivered on time as to the confirmation email received. Will certainly use again.

Very helpful ,great service will use again for sure !

Excellent service would be happy to deal with again

The correct spare parts are easy to locate and purchase. Prices are very competitive and delivery is always quick and very well packaged. Delivery prices are competitive.

I was able to get spares for really old machines. Service was quick and efficient.

Only a small order but helped me out perfectly. Clear website, easy ordering, fair price, quick delivery. Job done. Many thanks.

Easy ordering process. Non-stock items but they arrived within the timescale indicated on Sparetoolparts website, so no contact necessary. Satisfied Customer. Thank you.

Ordered spare part for meter - 28 days later called for update only to be told that it would be a further ten days , no contact from company at any time to provide delivery dates or reasons for delay.

I've Emailed and phoned to get an answer to my query, forget the contact us, as it appears to be ignored if its difficult, a simple sorry we don't cover those parts would suffice if you cant supply rather than ignore the question. Also when you say you will ring back it would be nice if you did.

Excellent quality, fast delivery and quality service from the seller. Highly recommended

Ordered a switch for a Bosch drill and 10 days later I am still waiting.

Ordered a Bosch part which was in stock and reasonably priced. Received an acknowledgement with no delivery date and a copy of my invoice. Several days later I contacted PowerToolSpares to find out when my part would be delivered - I was told the part wasn't in stock and they would ring me back, Received a call back to say they no longer sold the part! The second star is because they gave me a prompt refund and admitted their mistake. What a waste of time! Ordered the part off Amazon for £2 more but next day delivery.

hAD TO phone coz wasn't sure of product codes. Was dealt with quickly and efficiently, great service and parts arrived within 2 days. well impressed. thank you so much

My part arrived in 3 weeks and was exactly what I needed.

I made the purchase on 25/02/2019, and today I still have not received anything. However, if you send me the survey to see my satisfaction. Well, it can not be other than very negative

PowerToolSpares was the only place where I could find the spare part for my Makita hedge trimming. I probably saved a lot of money by fixing my device myself .This is the second order with them. Their pricing is pretty fair too. I definitely recommend.
