Great product despite clumpiness from excess moisture in tub

Product itself work really well, however, once arrived I opened the tub to find it all a clumpy mess like thick damp powder mix🤷🏻‍♂️ this is not ideal.
Other than the lumpiness the flavour is amazing with cold water.
Overall would buy again and hope its not clumped up again or I would return..

Order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails are sent out automatically. Perhaps they are going into your junk files. We've also received no email from you, we'd have been happy to assist rather than you leaving a review prior to this. We can also see your order was delivered in one week, from the UK to United States..

Site is very good

Site is very good, shipping cost is low.
They have products that other sites don't have in stock, rewards points... very satisfied.

Highly recommended!

It would be 5 stars if I didn't have to enter my card information for purchasing.

Security should be paramount and service like PayPal or similar should be used, I'm developer and paranoid regarding online payment because I know firsthand how easy is to steal information.
