Better price than any on e-bay, and the delivery time was insanely fast.

Worst experience I had in a long time. I was a trusted customer for a long time but I waited 6month for my pre-orders with no updates whatsoever. The "service" people in the Chat were just trying to get rid of you. Avoid at all cost if your Funko is not in stock. They'll make you pay extra for shipping if you want the others send out after 6 month non the less. Absolutely ridicules!

Purchased a bunch of Pops and within 5 days they had a discount sale on everything on site. I reached out to them to see if they could offer some form of discount in the form of store credit. They refused. First and last time using this store. Would have been my future go to site otherwise.

Had never heard of Pop Figures before, so was a little apprehensive about ordering, but I am pleased to say my worries were completely unfounded.
Price was great, and the order turned up in a couple of days, so pleased!

Hesitant from buying from a lot of online stores that specialise in funkos but this one surprised me! Plenty of pops new and old and come packaged so securely. Love to support a place run by fans for fans. Will 100% be ordering from them again.

Funkos sind alle in einem guten Zustand. Leider war der Versand nicht ordentlich kommuniziert worden. Dachte es würde nach Hause geliefert wurde aber leider nur in dem nächsten Hermes Shop hinterlegt, ohne mal eine Mail zu bekommen dass die Pakete da wären. Hätte ich nicht nachgeschaut wären meine Pakete nach 10 Tagen wieder zurück gegangen.

Dealing with Pop Figures is a breath of fresh air in this day and age, they're one of the few companies still putting customers first. Good prices, lots of variety, great service, very quick response times, low threshold for free delivery, speedy processing, and hassle-free returns/refunds. I couldn't ask for anything more :)

Delivered fast, good price and packaged really well in a good sturdy box so even Yodel couldn't have damaged them. Would definitely use again and recommend.
