Bloss da nichts bestellen, und wenn es dann doch passiert ist, Rücksendeetikett anfordern und das Geld über seine Bank zurückbuchen lassen. Bloss nicht auf eine Email Zermürbungstaktik einlassen. TrustPilot ist eine gute Info Quelle bei diesen Scamfirmen.

Was für eine Täuschung betreibt Polondo hier!
Das „Fell“ ist nicht wie in der Beschreibung „Echtes Schaffell"
sondern billigstes Imitat, das einem in der Hand auseinanderbröselt!
Der Jackenriemen ist einfach nur eine billige Plastiklasche.
Wie Sie unschwer erkennen können, entspricht der gelieferte Artikel in keinster Weise den Bildern in Ihrem Katalog.
Der Artikel ist ein einziger Mangel/billigste Kopie, und ich frage mich ob Sie sich im klaren sind, welchen Plastikmüll Polondo es wagt für teures Geld zu verkaufen.
Die geposteten Bilder der Artikels („Pilotenjacke“) online sind eine vorsätzliche Täuschung der Kunden und haben mit dem gelieferten Artikel nichts gemeinsam.

Ich möchte mein Geld zurück, und wünsche keine langwierigen Email Verhandlungen, ansonsten werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Das ist der letzte Laden! Ich warne jeden ausdrücklich davor bei diesem Anbieter einen Kauf zu tätigen.

Meiner Meinung nach bewusster Versand von falschen Artikeln (mehrfach so passiert)

Ich habe verschiedene Mottoradhelme gekauft und völlig andere Modelle in falschen grössen erhalten.

Dazu kommt ein unterirdischer Kundenservice falls man das überhaupt noch service nennen kann.

Selbstverständlich wenn man dann seine völlig überteuerten und nicht bestellten artikel erhält darf man mindestens 25€ rückversand nach China bezahlen. Und ca 2 Monate warten das man Geld zurück bekommt, wenn überhaupt.

Musste hier mit Paypal käuferschutz vorgehen. Leider können die einem bei den Rückversandkosten nicht helfen und man wird genötigt von polondo diese für ihr versagen zu bezahlen, sonst gibt es nichts zurück.

Ich habe einen helm für knapp 400€ bestellt und eine billige Plastik Schale im Wert von 2€ erhalten.
Das Angebot von polondo war 90€ erstattung :D

Ich könnte noch lange weiter schreiben aber Kurzfassung.... Finger Weg !!!! Solche Läden sollten verboten sein und vorallem keine Paypal Konnektivität haben.

PS. ich habe fast 2 monate auf mein Paket gewartet um es nochmal einen Monat lang zurückzusenden.

Leider die selber Erfahrung gemacht wie die Käufer vor mir.
20 Tage zu spät geliefert, dadurch den Artikel nicht mehr gebraucht. Rücksendung muss selbst gezahlt werden, nach China.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich denen nicht mal einen Stern geben! So ein Betrug! Haben mir ganze ZWEIMAL die falsche Ware geliefert und ich soll aber die Rücksendung zahlen oder die würden mir mit 10% entgegenkommen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! FINGER WEG VON DER INTERNETSEITE!!!

Scammers!!! Bought two tops and two cheap and nasty tops were sent of very poor quality. I did get in touch with the support team to feed this back. They have no intention of giving me a refund and they want me to send tops back to China at im told a cost of approx £50 as i need to get it tracked, DO NOT USE

Betrug, dringend Finger weg, billigste Chinaware zum unverschämten Preis, in meinem Fall ein "hochwertiges Dirndl" zum "Schbäppchenpreis von 100 Euro ("anstatt 185 Euro"). Sieht aus wie eine Polyacryl-Billig-Kittelschürze meiner Oma... Retoure nach langem hin und her auf meine Kosten genehmigt: Nach China!!!!!

Ich habe UGG Stiefel im Angebot bestellt und China Ware im Wert von 5 EU erhalten. Danach absolut katastophaler Emailservice. Wende mich jetzt an meine Bank zwecks Rückbuchung.

I ordered an apple air tag (written in the description) + accessory for my cat, paid €49,00 and it has arrived only the accessory as value max 10€!!!
They did not send the money back, many many male at the moment but any result.

DO NOT BUY!! You think you are buying from a European company but it’s a Chinese company with no returns. It took 20 days to get to me even though it was ‘express shipping’ and then I have had to pay to return it to China which shocked me as I thought it was a reputable company but looks like from the address it is a home. And still failing to refund me after I paid for shipping and have tracking number and receipt

Ordered 2 pieces in different sizes. Wanted to return both as they don't fit and don't have a very good quality. Extensive email correspondence. At first they didn't even tell the address for return. Turns out you need to pay for return to CHINA yourself. Offer 10% refund in case you retain the goods.
