It is tragic for a company to sell spare parts online and not from the official dealer where the product was purchased.As a result you have to pay shipping costs 46,00euro for a spare part with a cost of 30,00.

Dear Sotiris, we can guess that the dealer could have sold you the spare part if he had ordered it from us. So this is not our bad service. Often spare parts are also hard to find, but we do have them. We are sure you bought a batten. Shipping goes by length. So a batten costs exaclty like shipping a sail or mast. If you would have found a cheaper option to send it, we would have used without any problems your contact. If this service was not making you happy, we would have been happy to receive a mail and find together another solution. Online the pricing is very clear. Shipping 46, Batten 30. We did no surprises. We are always open to support.

Great company and great windsurf products
The communication for the order was excellent, shipping overseas was without an issue, and products (sail, mast, boom, base plates and adjustable outhaul system) were all in perfect order. One comment: the extra line for the outhaul should have been 1 meter longer. The ordered set is so easy to handle on the water and is really fast. For my next windsurf sail/rig component purchase, Point 7 will be my first choice.
