Plum Print Arvostelua

Easy process. Quality finished product. The only hitch was uploading the photo for the title page. I did it once and you asked for it again on proof. I did it again and it doesn't look like it takes. I went ahead and emailed it in to be safe. Also: it was mailed in two pieces of cardboard squeezed together. I live in FL and it rains! Thankfully I was home or I would have been worried. Maybe enclose it in a plastic bag before mailing in plain cardboard ?

You guys did a wonderful job! I’m ordering another different one soon! Thankyou!

I order the box in the fall, and as the year progresses, put my daughter's art projects in the box (after they've hung up for a while). It reduces clutter and I know they'll be turned into something I can really use to admire her artwork for years to come. The books are always beautiful, the scans of the more 3d crafts always turn out great. I'm so thrilled I found this and I look forward to continuing it for years to come.

I cannot begin to tell you the joy I felt when I received this book and started flipping through the pages. I’ve always cherished the art my children created, and have framed as many pieces as possible. With all of that being said, there were so many pieces I still had laying around that I wanted to preserve. This book is magical! Plum print is the solution I have been looking for!! The cover is gorgeous, I love the personalization, and my kiddos special artwork is now preserved forever.

A book of review for my daughter’s kindergarten year. It was beautiful, the scans looks perfect, a great way to preserve some of her important art work and moments from that year. My only complaint is it is really pricey, especially to add more pages. It would be hard to do for every year at this price.

Excellent quality of the printed book. Very nicely bound.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the final product! A designer clearly took their time to group hundreds of my kids art pieces nicely together and used background colors that coordinated beautifully! It really felt like this book was made with love and is a special memoir my children and I will cherish forever!! One of the best purchases I’ve ever made! I cried tears of joy as my teenagers said it was their favorite gift❤️

Amazing, compassionate company!!

Internal messages at bottom of page spoiled otherwise great book. The curation and pictures was terrific but it looks like the page wasn’t cut correctly. There’s an extra half inch or so on the bottom with black type on a white background that spoils it. It looks like internal tracking with a project due date. Shame that the good design work was ruined by a failure to do quality control on the final product. Will be going to another company for

Changes
I needed to make changes to our book before printing and I was able to handle this by phone using ideas both from myself and their customer service person, (Their customer service is the best). The changes were made and the book arrived in time for graduation. My granddaughter just loved the book and also the rest of the family.
I would like to add that this was the second book that I had ordered. I also had one done for my grandson 2 years ago for his high school graduation and with help from their customer service it was a complete success. I know from his comments at the time that
he really liked it.

Good quality and customer service.

My expectations have been met! I’m so happy with my book. It came out exactly as I imagined. Overall experience was effortlessly. The company provides clear and easy to follow directions. Plum print carefully put it all together the way I wanted!

Captured my son's artwork beautifully and with ease, from my end. I want to keep these memories and they were so easy to deal with, responsive and helpful.

The books came out beautiful. I will cherish them forever. Thanks for the buy 2 get second 50% off -- allowed us to spring for extra copies for the grandparents!

I had a fantastic experience working with Plum Print. Very professional and responsive team members were in touch with me to answer any questions I had prior to giving them my project. Once I decided to go with Plum, the process was seamless. We are DELIGHTED with the final product; it is exceptionally well designed and produced. Significant thought went into the layout and organization of our book, which is greatly appreciated. A wonderful experience! Thank you!

I let the designers create the book and they did an excellent job! I suggested one quick edit which was made quickly. The book turned out great!

Great quality of product. Process is a bit complex but worth it.

Unreasonably expensive and inflexible. The whole point of your product is to take the hassle of saving kids artwork. Instead, you expect mothers to somehow understand how much art is too much and then offer no way to adjust the price once the artwork is sent in, effectively holding the memories hostage. I had already paid for another deposit but after that is done I won't use this service again, and I have stopped recommending it to other mothers.

Third time ordering and really happy with the product and being able to have a way to remember the art without keeping all of the art.
