Plum Print Arvostelua

The cost of the book was way more expensive than I expected.

I loved the book that Plum Print produced of my granddaughter's art. It was beautifully made and it was done quickly. Her artwork was returned even before the book was finished. However, for me, the negative was the cost. I purchased my package through CBSDeals and I was not aware that it was so expensive until I had already paid the deposit (which at that time I was unaware was only a deposit). I don't know if I just missed that part when they were describing the deal, but I had already told my granddaughter I was having the book done, so I paid the price. As nice as the book was, I don't feel it was worth the exorbitant price. It would be nice if there was an option that was more affordable for those of us who are on fixed incomes. Thanks.

The books are very beautiful! Shipped to Canada too!

I liked that I could view the proofs and make any changes I needed.
Company responded quickly to my requests
This was a Christmas gift and was very much appreciated
Excellent service and product

This was a very positive experience. Even when I realized only one book was published, everyone made it right for me. Christmas for my granddaughters will be extra special because of you! THANK YOU

Love looking back at the artwork in an easy-to-store format!

There were very clear instructions in how to place your order and shop personal items. It was easy to make an addition during the first preview and my original items were carefully returned to me. My granddaughter’s book turned out beautifully and I hope she treasures it forever.

The books you created are extraordinary. And I really appreciated how you communicated with me regarding the final proofs and changes that I neededed. Thank you.

Patient & helpful! And book is so cute. Again!
Thanks

I love these books - my son loves these books. Such a great way to house memories of school!

They listened and made changes that We wanted.
the book when finished was beautiful!

It is the easiest and best way to organize my favorite things.

I am beyond impressed with Plum Print across the board -- the books feel incredibly high end and gorgeous, transforming my two daughters' artwork and school paperwork into memories that will last for a lifetime. Amazing, responsive customer service, too.

The book turned out better than expected! All inquires answered and addressed promptly. Photos were arranged wonderfully and quality was excellent. Thank you for preserving our memories so beautifully.

I love, love my books! They're absolutely perfect! Thank you so much!

Fees for the book are hard to find and if I had known the complete price up front, I would not have considered this worth it.
Customer service was not stellar. I had some confusion on payment/proofing and I did not feel the representative heard my question.

This is the sixth book I’ve done with plum print and the quality is always excellent. I have recommended them to friends in the past and all of them have been pleased. Also, the turnaround time is excellent . I am a very fussy customer and this is a 5 star top-notch product.

I've had books made with my children's artwork for the last several years and Plum Print has done a fantastic job. The books are beautiful and it is evident the level of care that is put into creating them. Customer service is also wonderful, fast and easy to work with. I recommend Plum Print to everyone I know!
