Plumbers Mate Arvostelua

I was trying to find a fitting for a soil pipe connection to my 1980's toilet and had looked everywhere to no avail. I sent an email with photos and after a couple of phone calls and a lot of searching by Dawn and Andrew they found the part and overnighted it. It arrived and fitted.
Such fantastic customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you and we know where to go in the future

I needed to replace a rubber seal for my McAlpine basket waste and was unable to find the specific OEM part anywhere.
I rang Plumbers Mate and was able to speak directly to an 'actual' person who not only understood the products they sell but was incredibly helpful, even though the part I needed only cost a couple of quid. Perfectly happy to take the time to look to establish what part I needed. Knowing how small the order was and that I was taking up his time, I insisted on just buying the two most likely options. This level of care for a tiny transaction is hugely unusual today and much appreciated!
I could not recommend Plumbers Mate highly enough and will now always look to them first for any parts I need in the future.
Many thanks !

Used this company to replace a worn washer on a clic clac bath waste. They were the only company I could find that supplied it. The cost was very reasonable. Due to delivery service delay they sent out a replacement free of charge which arrived a day after the first item. They gave me the second washer complimentary even though I offered to return. They were communicated well and responded quickly. I would definitely use thus company again and recommend them.

Placed an urgent order for next day delivery, or so I thought. Today, on day of expected delivery, the items have still not arrived yet as it appears my delivery is actually "2-5 business days" and won't be here until tomorrow. Upon following through the order process again it appears that although I had "picked" a next day delivery, this does not automatically update and as a consequence my order had defaulted back to a standard carriage, which was a bit annoying. Not sure if this was due to the fact I was using a phone and paying by ApplePay. Apart from this would've been 5 stars.

Needed advice on some shower parts to ensure I ordered the correct sized parts. Andrew was very helpful with his very prompt answers. Me and water just don't get on, give me electricity any day of the week.

3,, yes,,, THREE TIMES tge cost of anyone else for an in-shower seat. Raping disabled people of their pension.
DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!!!

I needed to get a smaller ball float for the toilet as the large one caught on the side of the tank. My local shop tried to upsell me a more expensive system so I looked at Plumbers Mate. Website easy to navigate, great price and they had exactly what I needed, arrived in 2 days as promised, really impressed, will definitely use again

We were recommended to use Plumbersmate UK Ltd by our bathroom fitter, Simon Munn, and from start to finish the service was superb.

As owners of a Victorian townhouse with many original features, it was important for us to create a bathroom that stayed true to the character of the property while still feeling modern and stylish. We worked with Bruce, who clearly has extensive knowledge of the product range. He guided us through the design process and helped us choose fittings and tiles that complemented the overall look perfectly.

The quality of the fittings is first class, and the finished bathroom looks absolutely perfect in situ. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly, and the speed of service was excellent — there were no delays in receiving the items we needed.

We particularly appreciated being able to borrow tiles and samples so we could match them with paint colours and window fittings at home, which made decision-making much easier.

All in all, an excellent service from a local business with friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. We would highly recommend Plumbersmate UK Ltd to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

The right parts at the right price and great service - thank you for a job well done.

Buy with confidence. I had a number of questions which I asked over a few emails. Despite Plumbers Mate knowing the value of the order ( Less than £40 ) the advice and help I received has proved to be accurate and honest. The products supplied were of high quality and good value. Delivery to Plymouth was less than 48 hours. Would I use Plumbers Mate again, definitely.

Ordered a part for an old tap ( tap dated back to1998) order process easy, arrived within days, fits the tap like a glove , very happy !

Good friendly staff. Had the parts i needed at a fair price and speedy delivery. Thank you

We needed some large plumbing fittings (54mm) to be delivered for a tight deadline.
Plumbers Mate had everything that we needed in stock, at sensible prices.
We opted for next day delivery at a small additional cost. Twenty four hours later we revived the parts in good time for the job. Thanks to everyone.

For a relatively small business Pumbers Mate’s catalogue is both extensive and historic. I needed some parts for a fairly obscure cistern that was fitted into my bathroom circa 1980s. It was no problem.

I needed a particular on/off shower valve for a concealed unit that the merchant from whom I bought could not supply; nor could the rep from Scudo. They sent various replacements but none of them fitted. I phone Plumbers Mate, spoke to a wonderful woman who went to the shelves and found the valve that I wanted. She urged me to buy it online there and then while she prepared it for posting out. I received it two days later, it is a perfect like-for-like replacement and was about a third cheaper than another supplier who couldn't supply until the end of March (it is currently mid-January). One can only comment on one's own experience; my experience with them is absolutely first class!

I asked Plumbers Mate to recommend a plumber to replace bathroom taps and they recommended a very competent self employed plumber. We needed spare parts for the existing taps but the manufacturer no longer stocked these particular parts. Plumbers Mate were very helpful and liaised with the plumber to find a good solution. Thank you Plumbers Mate.

Quickly correctly identified the part I needed and kept me informed by email throughout the order and delivery process.

I can't thank you enough for helping me source the parts for a challenging bath waste and overflow. No other suppliers had been able to help. Thicker than usual bath and long overflow meant off the shelf kits were no good. You took the time to measure the McAlpine components and sent me the fittings which fitted perfectly and made it a straightforward job.
Good price and prompt delivery too.

Parts as described and the order was handled quickly. I ordered on Friday afternoon and they were here on Monday morning.

Lovely company to deal with. Looking for Sunvic sunpro2000 timer to replace the Select 207XL which is now obsolete. Friendly customer service team, straightforward ordering over phone, thumbs up
