I have sent 8 emails to the company which still have not been acknowledged or answered.
A big mistake I made was to believe their marketing .
I ordered several model chain saws and key chain which arrived and what was received was a cheap imitation of a chain saw which was inoperable.
At the worst this marketing ploy could be construed as bait advertising which does not conform to the requirements of legislation.
I conduct reviews on goods and services for government and private agencies which are usually positive and helpful,in this case i have not been at all impressed with the absence of proper business acumen allowed by the vendor.
On a scale of one to ten,zero would be appropriate.

Ich habe bei gardenscapes mehrfach erlebt; dass abgeschlossene Spiele nicht mit den angezeigten Boni "belohnt" wurden. Die Unterstützung vom Support ist hierbei mangelhaft, da immer wieder gleiche stereotype Aufforderungen kommen wie z,B, ein Video von einem abgeschlossenen Spiel zu machen. Je weiter man im Spiel kommt,desto lockerer muss die Geldbörse sitzen!

Spiel schränkt Spieler ein die viele Ressourcen über Jahre gesammelt haben. Support hat das so kommuniziert. Ist für mich Betrug. Vorsicht

Eigentlich gar kein Stern,total unfair geworden. Spiele es von Anfang an es ist so schlecht geworden . Früher war es lustig und hat Spaß gemacht.Es ist ja für Kinder , die kann man da nicht mehr rann lassen. Der Batten für s kaufen ist gleich neben dem Fischfutter,wie praktisch 🤢 Die Level sind nicht mehr zu bewältigen wenn Mann kein Geld einsetzt.Mir sind auch schon einmal über 700000 erspielte Taler einfach weggenommen worden. Support nur KI generiert und unhöflich und unsachlich wenn man überhaupt eine Antwort erhält.Man hat mir als Ersatz die in der Zwischenzeit wirkungslosen Booster .gesendet Keine Erklärung keine Entschuldigung kein fairer Ersatz. Danke Playrix,habe aber Mitleid mit Euch .Ihr seid ja so arm dran!

Ik heb van het begin af aan nog iedere pas GEKOCHT die je maandelijks kan kopen om meer schuurvolume en extra spelopties te krijgen. Nu had ik besloten dat ik de Paaspas een keer over zou slaan. Toen werd ik afgestraft. Het volume van mijn schuur werd gedownsized met 150 volume. HOEZO DAN!!! Ik betaal toch 5 euro per pas dus dat schuurvolume is toch dik betaald. Sorry Plarix Township, maar dit gaat werkelijk té ver, jullie pikken zo gewoon mijn geld en maken het leuk spelen door al jullie acties steeds minder leuk. Ik weet niet of ik het zo nog lang leuk vind om te blijven spelen.

Absolute Abzocke! Es geht nur noch darum, Geld auszugeben, ansonsten ist das Spiel nicht mehr zu bewältigen.

There needs to be negative stats. Complete false advertising! It’s a plastic piece of junk, non functioning! T hi is company is well documented as crooks!

This review is intended for Playtrix Lab, not playrix.. You profess to sell a working model but all you send is rubber toys..

Egal welches Spiel, es ist reinste Abzocke und wird immer schlimmer .... ohne Geld zu investieren kommt man so gut wie nicht weiter, auf Anfragen beim Support wird nicht reagiert und man hat keine Möglichkeit sich anderweitig an den Support zu wenden. Die Spiele sind sehr fehlerhaft und man verliert Dinge die man eigentlich gekauft hat bzw. bekommt man manches teilweise gar nicht erst. Aber das ist den "Machern" egal denn es gibt genug Spieler die trotzdem in diese Spiele viel Geld investieren und das langt denen. Auf die , die nicht zufrieden sind kann man deswegen verzichten .. danke Playrix ... für eure Ignoranz und für den Umgang mit uns Kunden ...

They offer a feature for collecting cards. It’s so stupid since you just keep getting duplicates , especially the gold cards. You never get the ones you need to complete your collection and receive the end prize. It’s a cash grab . I stopped playing

I think this is the worse experience i ever had in games!! The game forced me to reinstall it, and i lost all my progress! I was over 3100 levels, spent money and lot of time to achieve it and it disappear.. contacted the support, via chat and emails, with lot of information and screenshot of payments too and all of a sudden, they are not able to find my account!! This in unbelievable!! Taking days to reply to a message and they can’t help anyway!! UPDATE- managed to finally talk to a real person, Michael, and he was able to help me out.

Hände weg vor diesem Spiel! Die Spielbetreiber kriegen einfach nie genug, Township war zwar schon immer recht Kostenintensiv, was da aber jetzt abgeht ist nur noch reine Abzocke. Bitte liebe Spieler, die einzige Sprache die sie verstehen ist, wenn ihr konsequent nur noch minimalistisch spielt und KEIN Geld mehr investiert bis sich da wieder mehr Fairness bemerkbar macht.

Support is nonexistent. You get an initial reply from an AI bot then if you request speaking to a human it says it will be a few minutes but NEVER happens. Yet the chat stays open and there is no way to close it and start a new conversation so you are stuck with no communication whatsoever. The developers clearly are just greedy as they add more and more to extort money out of you to the game but they don’t actually care to work with users at all.

I ordered a mini chainsaw, The site was hard to get out of. I must have accidentally touched something because when I looked at PayPal, I was charged for 2 child sewing kits.. Went to rhe customer service to cancel on the same day. Two days later they answered that the order was already shipped and couldn’t be cancelled. I am so disgusted !

La qualità del gioco in caduta libera, assistenza clienti 0, prezzi senza limiti. Giocatori presi in giro e truffati alla grande, algoritmi assurdi. Meglio neanche iniziare….

I GOT SCAMMED AND ORDERED 2 ITEMS AND THEN IT TAKES YOU TWO ANOTHER WEBSITE TO TRACK THE ITEMS AND THEN YOU CAN'T EVEN TRACK THE ITEMS.

I purchased 3 of the mini chainsaws they sent a email stating my order was received and took the money they said plus another 10$ and I have not received them I have tried emailing them and calling emails come back mailer demon
And the phone goes to voicemail
These people cost me almost $ 50.00
Do not buy any of their products
