The update is so unfriendly to players that I can’t even believe the company did it. They actually took away and/or worsened tools meant to help players enjoy the game, made some levels impossible to pass without spending money, and if you do decide to spend money on it, you are given less than before the update. I used to spend a small fortune on this game, so I guess it’s good I no longer do. I refuse to spend when the game is made worse for the player. And it used to be so fun…….

Dieses Unternehmen ist nur darauf aus, den Spielern das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Mit jedem Update wird es verschlechtert. Den "Blitz", ohne den man aufgeschmissen ist, da man tagelang an einem Level spielt, bekommt man immer später. Nun gewinnt man Steuerräder, ohne die man aber auch nichts anfangen kann, wenn Mitspieler auf die Einladungen nicht reagieren. Das hat man auch bei anderen Gewinnen eingebaut, die man natürlich auch nicht mehr bekommt, wenn man die Steuerräder nicht nutzen kann. Sehr geschickt eingefädelt für den Anbieter, für den Spieler nur noch frustrierend. Das ist schon sehr respektlos und gieriger geht's nicht mehr. Fast hätte ich vergessen zu erwähnen, dass die erspielten Booster ganz woanders erscheinen, sie springen wie durch Zauberhand nach oben, immer zum Nachteil des Spielers natürlich, oder sie tauchen gar nicht auf. Was denkt sich der Anbieter dabei? Dass die Spieler zu dumm sind um das zu merken?

Wer dafür bezahlt um schneller den Level zu schaffen hat selber schuld es ist eben nur abzocke beim Spielen im Netz ich spiele so und zahle Nix so einfach ist es irgendwann schafft man den Level

Mittlerweile haben die mir die Kontaktaufnahme zum Kundendienst gesperrt, weil zu viel Spam Nachrichten von meinem Account gesendet wurden.
Spam Nachrichten?!
Das waren ernstgemeinte Ansichten und Kritiken an diesem Spiel, in dem man mittlerweile kaum noch gewinnt - trotz unzähliger Käufe!
Warum gibt es eigentlich für so eine Bauernfängerei und Betrug keine gesetzliche Handhabe?
Für mich war es das nun.
Ergänzend möchte ich noch folgendes erwähnen: es ist auch ein bißchen schwer, ein Team zu verlassen, mit dem man mittlerweile so lange zusammen spielt und um mit einer Mitspielerin nochmal richtig zu spielen und Spaß zu haben in einem gemeinsamen Spiel, werde ich - trotz Käufe - so ausgebremst, daß ich so gut wie gar kein Level mehr gewinne und man mich so aus dem Team und dem gesamten Spiel rausdrängen will.
Ich kann nur von diesem Spiel abraten.
Kann man eigentlich irgendwas gegen so einer Institution tun?
Das wäre es noch.

Leuk spel, maar zo ingericht dat je, om het spel te spelen, voortdurend aankopen moet doen.

Prima potevamo giocare liberamente superavi i livelli abbastanza bene, adesso è un ladrocinio, 10 pietre 1.99€, prima 0.99. E stai giorni su livelli impossibili, se non hai pietre non ti fanno andare avanti. È DIVENTATO UNA TRUFFA, LO FARÒ PRESENTE ALLA POLIZIA POSTALE, E ALL'ANTITRUST. SPECIALMENTE PER I MINORENNI NON GESTITI DA PERSONALE ADULTO.

Ganz schlimm, man schafft kein Level mehr ohne irgendwelche Diamanten oft ähnliches. Die Spieleentwickler wollen Geld sehen und man kommt einfach tagelang nicht weiter ohne ein Leben zu schaffen, wenn man kein echtes Geld einsetzen will. Nach dem neuen Update muss man sich dreimal überlegen wie man mit wem spielt, damit man das Zusatzspiel schafft. Falsch gewählt- da schafft man seine Punkte nicht. Einfach schade, die Lust am yspielen bleibt auf der Strecke.

Ich bekomme schon die zweite Woche meine Thor Herausforderung nicht. Auf Nachfrage wird man immer nur vertröstet und mit fadenscheinigen Erklärungen hingehalten. Ich kaufe regelmäßig im Store. Werde mein Geld zukünftig in andere Spiele investieren. Ich fühle mich betrogen!!! Geht gar nicht! Kann leider keine Nullsterne vergeben, sonst würde ich es tun!

Ein Stern ist schon zuviel, nur noch Abzocker. Kundendienst katastrophal keine Antwort immer verrückter

The primary purpose of a game should be entertainment and strategic challenge; however, it has become blatantly clear that the core objective of this app is now aggressive monetisation at the expense of player experience. The scarcity of pink diamonds and the refusal to provide players with adequate moves to complete levels without spending real currency is unacceptable.
By intentionally bottlenecking progress and forcing players toward microtransactions, you have stripped away the enjoyment and replaced it with a transparent "pay-to-win" trap. This approach is not only greedy but deeply alienating to your loyal community.
Please be advised that I will not be falling into this trap. I have decided to uninstall the game, and I will be actively sharing my experience across social platforms and review boards to warn potential new players about these predatory mechanics. You are losing a player today because you prioritised short-term profit over long-term engagement.
I strongly urge you to re-evaluate your rewards system before more of your player base follows suit.

If i could give this game zero stars i would. Malicious algorithm clearly a rigged and greedy money grab.

This game used to be fun but they've changed it to the point where it's more frustrating than not to play. All they do is copy features from the game A Matching Story. Why would anyone want to play two games with the same things? Also they only do the expedition mini game instead of others which is boring. It takes FOREVER to get enough coin, jewels, or gold, silver or bronze tokens to do anything with. They have completely ruined the game.

Used to be a fun game but they have made it impossible due to their greed every update makes the game worse. The final straw for me is the removal of the glove which was the only thing I felt I had any control over.

Have played this since 2016 but there has been significant changes over the last year and in particular the last few months that it is no longer fun nor exciting. What a shame. It’s me out.

Ich habe das Spiel nach den lezten Update gelöscht dieses Spiel ist nur noch auf Geld aus ,Teams sind auf 50 Mitglieder rauf kleiner Teams haben keine Chance,mehr im Wettbewerb,die neuen Booster sind auch nur noch schlecht,mir hat es jetzt gereicht,habe es jetzt nach 8 Jahren gelöscht

Fishdom è un bel gioco, un piacevole passatempo, fatto bene, con qualche carenza qua e là, ma del resto... la perfezione non esiste: allestire gli acquari (perché alla fine è questo lo scopo) è veramente rilassante, almeno per chi, come me, lo fa in maniera meticolosa.
Allora perché un voto negativo? Perché ormai è praticamente ingiocabile: i livelli verdi, sulla carta i più agevoli da superare, sono diventati mediamente molto più complicati che in passato... alcuni sono difficili tanto quanto i livelli rossi o viola, con la differenza che per quelli lo sai prima e puoi premunirti, se hai la possibilità, utilizzando dei potenziamenti, per questi, no. Ma la cosa che veramente infastidisce è che ormai hai l'impressione che nel superare i livelli l'abilità conti molto meno della casualità: se non vengono fuori gli elementi giusti per creare abbinamenti o potenziamenti nel posto giusto e al momento giusto, non vai avanti. Se poi hai un certo tempo di vite infinite o dei potenziamenti a disposizione che non utilizzi, il sistema farà in modo di farti restare sullo stesso livello per ore!
Capisco che tutto è fatto per spingerti a spendere, ma così si va nella direzione opposta: è perfettamente inutile acquistare diamanti per proseguire una partita, magari per salvare il superfulmine, perché tanto al livello successivo il problema si ripresenterà! Se in passato valeva la pena spendere qualche euro per giocare, adesso non è più così: per quanto mi riguarda, acquisto solo la tessera stagionale e approfitto, quando capita, di qualche offerta vantaggiosa...

Loved this game for many years. Now it's almost impossible to progress unless you spend money . I have never bought anything for a game and not about to start! Everything is more tedious and takes Soo long . Very repetitive and no fun anymore.

After playing this game for 8+ years , i created a team 6 years ago and built it from scratch. I was a leader that welcomed newbies, removed inactive players every 2 weeks, checked in on my team daily, my team were always in the Top 3 for team competitions. I did get busy over the Christmas period and log in to find the leadership has been transferred to a team member.

Despite me asking this member for nearly 3 weeks to transfer leadership back they are unresponsive in the team chat. Yet I can see that they log in daily to play. My team is now ranking 12th place there are so many inactive players and the team is not being managed by this new "leader " I want my team back!

Other team members have also pleaded for this person to give the leadership back and are all ignored. Im so upset! Theres no way of contacting customer support its just an automated chat bot

You have ruined the game. What made it different was removed. The boosters. I will now quit after years of playing and loads of money spent.

Bin zur Zeit bei 18101 Punkte, mehr geht zur Zeit nicht. Normaler weise bekommst du so um die 5000 Punkte. Zur Zeit haben sie den Modi auf 200-300 Punkte abgesenkt. Du brauchst aber ca 1, 5 Millionen Punkte. Zudem mußt du bei fast jedem 2oder 3 Spiel Diamanten einsetzen. Und die kosten richtig. Die nehmen sie dir auch weg., indem sie die Spiele so schwer machen, dass du Diamanten nehmen musst. In letzter Zeit musste ich auch feststellen das, wenn ich 5 Symbole richtig zusammen setze, sollte ich eigentlich eine Bombe bekommen.
Die wird einfach nicht gegeben. Seit dem letzten Update haben sie wieder viele Einstellungen abgeändert, natürlich zu ihren gunsten. Du hast immer weniger Einfluß auf das Spiel. Das Spiel ist eigentlich sehr gut, nur wollen sie immer mehr Geld aus dir rausholen.
Das Verhältnis Spiel, Spaß und Bezahlung stimmt seit längerem nicht mehr. Schade👎👎😣
