Se potessi darei -100 stelle.Ho effettuato il prelievo,mai arrivato. Ho contattato più volte l'assistenza e mi hanno detto che da parte loro è tutto a posto. Ho chiesto di fornire prova dell'invio del bonifico e non mi hanno più risposto. Pessimi.

Spent a lot of money with just in a short time, and they keep giving bonus cash and still no withdrawal money . When you win something that's worth taking out , you try getting it to the withdrawal amount and then end up spending everything as they don't let you win to the withdrawal amount of £100gbp.
On several occasions I get to £95 not enough to withdraw and then it's all Spent back to try getting it to where you can actually take home but nothing as by time you know where you are it's gone. You've spent every penny and nothing to show for it. Gambling can be fun but at same time can take you into a state as any Gambling is a risk . But this site is a con, scam to get you to spend and nothing in return. This site needs reporting to trading standards and Gambling commissions as not a trusted website. Has to be the worst casino I’ve ever played with. Deposited around €650 and was lucky enough to win €1750 but trying to get that money out is going to be a nightmare as the maximum you’re allowed to withdraw apparently is €500 every 7 days. The only way to increase this limit is to deposit more cash (and probably lose all of it) to become a more privileged player. You know what they say the house always wins.. play regal have pulled out all the stops to make sure that’s a certainty.

Giorno 27/07/2024 ho effettuato un prelievo di 100€ da una vincita, ad oggi 6/8/24 ancora non mi è stato accreditato, sulla mail mi hanno risposto che la vincita è stata accreditata sul mio conto, ma a me questi soldi non sono mai arrivati. Adesso nemmeno rispondo più alle e-mail che mando. Una vergogna!
