Delivery delayed, awful customer service, and you can't even cancel on the app!
I had a completely frustrating experience with Platinum Rx and would strongly advise against using them.
When I placed my order, the delivery date was clearly shown as April 12th. But on the 12th itself, they suddenly changed it to April 15th without any warning. Because I needed my items right away, I decided to just cancel the order.
That's when the real headache started. You literally cannot cancel an order through their app—there is no option for it anywhere. So, I had to call their customer support line. It took multiple tries before someone finally picked up. When I told the support rep I wanted to cancel, they just transferred me over to the sales team. The person in sales didn't even bother to listen to my issue before blindly transferring me straight back to support.
Because of that ridiculous runaround, I was dumped right back into the automated holding queue at number 7, forced to wait all over again just to speak to a human. I eventually gave up and just ordered what I needed from Apollo Pharmacy instead.
It is an absolute joke of a customer service system. I even have the call recordings to prove exactly how badly they treat their customers. Save yourself the stress and use a different pharmacy.
