I understand delays but why do these people keep extending the delivery date by one day each time I complain? From 14 to 15 --16--17--18--19? Who do they think they are fooling? And then these guys have no shame in offering me a discount of Rs 300 if I accept the package? For life-saving drugs? To buy me for 300? To hell with you guys who have no morals to treat a customer the way you do with your standard replies, more often than not, by your recorded messages. Apologies and apologies without any substance. Who cares for their apologies? How shameful.

Pathetic , fraud don’t ever order from them. They should be put in jail for running fraud business. 6 times from the day of delivery they have kept on delaying and moving 2 days every time fro delivery , it’s not 16 days instead of 3-4 days initially promised.

Misguiding the patients.physiotherapist also u given doctor prefix.then what about doctor consultation.physiotherapist is not a doctor,they are therapists.please don't misguide the patients.

My son booked from his mobile number 9819898596 for my wife Kalpana ,but the reports were wrong even the standard range values were totally wrong ,the ranges shown for all tests were same , just like " Copy Paste" . I myself & my son made complaint and ask to refund the Charges paid to them or to do resampling & test but they didn't arrange either for retest not refunded the charges. Being the professional but they didn't resolve my problem.Hence I am suggesting all not to book any pathology test from Pharmeasy. They are not reliable at all.

After explaining at least 4 to 5 persons about what is wrong in my test they still told they will arrange a call but never got a call and without even calling me they have updated from their side that customer is not receiving call

Hopeless , careless company, don't have such common sense that this app is regarding life emergency medicines and not grocery that they think can delay 5 days after full payment in advance, no personal helpline, will have pass from horrible automated complaint solving to even talk to their customer care executives, even after telling them medical emergency still app updates daily status saying today medicine will be delivered but no delivery since 6 days after promised next day delivery by paying express delivery charge, hopeless app, hopeless executives.

Very disappointed with my order from PharmaEasy. I ordered Xtralite Cream, but received a different/incorrect item. This is completely unacceptable for a medical product.

Such mistakes can be risky because medicines should always be accurate. Packaging was also not properly checked before delivery.

I request PharmaEasy to improve their quality checks and ensure correct products are delivered. I had to go through unnecessary hassle to return/replace the item.

Ordered Medicines with payment on 22nd March to be delivered on 24th March. Not delivered yet; unable to cancel & talk to a human being @ customer care.

The company is cheating most of the customers. Yesterday on 25th May 2026 I got a message for 25% discount.
I checked on line for Panimum Bioral 50 Mg tablet. It showed me MRP Price 351.5. with a 21% discount it showed me the price of 277 for a strip.
I increased the strips to 10 quantity. Now it showed me a price of 2889.2 thats 288.9 for a strip with discount of 18%.
I increased again to quantity of 20 strips. Now it showed me the price Rs 6228.4 that less then 15%.
I want everyone to be very careful as they let you view the bill in lump-sum amount.
Today one of the salesperson called and asked me if he should send the medicine which is in my cart. I asked him what discount I would get and he told me 15 %. I told him I get the same 15% discount from the pharmacy. I told him if he is giving 21% the to send me the medicine. He said he cannot do it and disconnected the the line

I ordered 943 tablet i cancelled for delay service but refund amount not given. This is very fraud app

Very bad service by this company, do not use. I placed my order on March 12th and it was automatically cancelled, showing on my dashboard on March 23rd. It's my mother's diabetes medicine, and when I called customer service, they said I needed to place a new order.I'm very frustrated.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended

If you want to experience the worst possible service, then PharmEasy is the right choice. There is absolutely nothing “easy” about their service.

I had scheduled a lab test for a patient who was fasting for 10–12 hours. Despite this, no lab technician was assigned on time.

I had to call customer care multiple times and ended up explaining the same issue to 4–5 different representatives, with no resolution.
What was even more shocking was the response from their team.

Instead of understanding the seriousness of a fasting patient, they casually suggested that the patient should go ahead and have breakfast—even though the test required fasting. This clearly shows a lack of basic medical understanding and responsibility.

To make matters worse, the only solution they offered was to cancel the order, stating that it was “another department’s responsibility.”

This kind of response is completely unacceptable when it comes to someone’s health.

This entire experience was not just frustrating but also emotionally upsetting. When it comes to healthcare services, such negligence and lack of accountability cannot be ignored.

A patient cannot be kept waiting for hours without food due to internal mismanagement.

Because of their poor coordination and unprofessional handling, we faced significant inconvenience.

I strongly recommend people to avoid using PharmEasy. Services like these should not be trusted with something as critical as health.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PharmEasy.

I received the wrong product, and one of the items (Dettol handwash) was old, dirty, and damaged. On top of that, I was overcharged — the MRP printed on the product is ₹162, but I was charged ₹219, which is completely unfair.

I immediately shared all the required images and details with their support team and requested either a replacement with the correct products or a refund. However, despite this being clearly their mistake, they refused to replace the items, stating it is “against their policy.”

What’s even more frustrating is that they also denied issuing a refund to my original payment method.

This is completely unacceptable. A company making errors and then hiding behind policies instead of taking responsibility shows a lack of customer care and accountability.

If you care for your family/friends then please do not order essential medicines from pharmeasy as they’re not reliable and will delay the order regardless of the usage/urgency of the medication. I ordered heart medicine for my father in advance so that the new one will get delivered by the time the existing one are over. However the estimated date kept changing after placing the order without any proactive update. There’s also no human who answers you, there’s only chat bots, even if we call still only a bot answers the call. Not recommended at all.

Horrible delay in receiving my delivery since this was a medicine order, I expected at least basic reliability from a service that claims to deliver essential healthcare products. My medicine order that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday was delayed without any proper explanation. The way the shipment was handled shows serious inefficiency in the company’s logistics and operations management.
Instead of ensuring a quick redelivery through the nearest local warehouse, the order was routed back to distant warehouse, causing unnecessary delays for something as important as a medicine delivery. The support system is practically non-existent. The chatbot is useless and the helpline offers no real assistance, with no proper human support available to resolve customer issues.

Government of India should look into these scamsters. They don't have a customer care service and totally depend on AI.

I ordered box of 50 AccuCheck Guide Test strips and they sent me a box with expiry date of 4 mths from the time I received. There is no customer complain/email or returns on their website and no correspondence between them. The only tel no I found was in their application to talk to a person instead of computer. After talking to them it seems that they DON'T CARE although I told them this is not a hospital and I'll be using hardly about 8 stips in a month.

Pharmeasy a fraud site they sent me expired medicine. When I want to contact customer support they were not picking up my call so bad service please don't buy medicine from pharmeasy.
