MP Plastic Building Products Arvostelua 

Part of an order was delivered in November still waiting for the rest. Have asked for refund (over £200) but emails ignored, had a reply from "sales manager" who said he would look into it but did nothing. COMPLETE CON ARTISTS. I have contacted trading standards.
MP plastics have gone bust, Building plastics have closed their website and put plasticbuildingsupplies.com instead!

Tried to contact the sales team which is paid number. Very expensive just to call them. Was 15min on hold and spent £10. Can't believe they charge you for getting in your order. What a sham.

Please read these reviews before buying with this company, could not contact them after not turning up with deliveries, then low and behold rang me 30 seconds after i put a claim in with paypal, DO NOT USE!

I placed my order with building plastics online over 4 months ago, I received an email saying that my order would take longer due to the pandemic which is understandable. I then received an email saying things were getting back to normal, I waited a few weeks and emailed asking when I could expect my delivery. They said it was being processed, I waited another few weeks and emailed asking for a refund twice because I couldn't really wait any longer. I have had no replies whatsoever over the last 6 weeks, I would definitely not recommend this company

My parents ordered stuff from them, they have taken the money, but they have not received any goods from them... we have phoned and emailed them numerous times and no reply.!!!

Do not order from these ,can not contact by phone or e-mail , they trade as , pipetech, wet wall ,and overflow screens system ,same director Kerry Clark , look on companies house ,managed to get no for overflow screens system 03334566007 and told that they are a different company and don't have the same director ,so companies house lying NOT!! . looks like it could be a covid 19 scam company , will be contacting trading standards

7 weeks since order was placed. No notification of delay, no replies to email or phone calls. No refund. Understand that there are issues for many suppliers due to Covid but their total lack of communication has delayed our project and cost us money. Will keep trying for a refund but feel like we've been scammed.

Raising a dispute to claim money from bank. Took money no delivery. International dial tone when ringing and no reply to email. These people should be found and dealt with.

Ordered on Wednesday delivered Friday morning, good price, fast delivery.
Delivery person called the day before to agree delivery time, very polite guy and helpful.
The only thing that would be good is to receive an email confirming the order, not a big issue but will be an improvement.

I placed an order in May; it's now August and I have not received any goods. I cannot get through to customer services and nobody has replied to my emails. They took my money and then went silent. DO NOT USE

Same as everyone else, took the money, made a token note on the order 'Delivery Date TBC' and then nothing.

Order placed early July. never received. Failed to answer phone or emails. Total scam

Total bellends quick enough to take your money then just ignore you when your order is 5 weeks late.

I received an email from them to say order would be 10th August. Nothing received. I call them - wait on hold for 30 minutes, then told by the most lacklustre customer service representative I have ever heard (why employ these people) tell me that 'oh it doesn't look good....we've been trying to contact our delivery company for the last 5 orders but no reply. Looks like they're all going to be delayed. I'll call you back'. i then receive an email to say it might be 14th August. They've already had my money for two weeks. I asked for the order before or a refund and I got a refund within 10 minutes - they dont' even care about getting the order to you or your money. Don't waste your time - if you are trying to do a job and coordinate everything, cowboys like this will scupper everything up for you and make you miss a deadline. The worst thing is, I got the distinct impression they get off on it too. A poor indictment of online companies that seem to be much the same. They're happy to dehumanise you at the end of a phone or email - cowards and low morality.

Placed a order 4 weeks ago till not here.
Claiming the money back from my credit card company now.
Not contact from them at all.
Fraud company stay away

Do not order from this company! 9th June I placed an order and its never been received. I've got the hassle of going through to my credit card company to try and get my money back.

This company seems to have vanished off the face of the earth. Happy to take money, give eta over over 2 weeks a go.
Never answer phone, sent 20 emails
do not buy off them
I did get through once and was a different company

great price i ordered 3mm plastic sheet i got 1.5mm tried to ring them no answer i have emailed them 5 or six times all i get is a stand email back which as nothing to do with my email at the very least they owe me a refund but still waiting to hear of someone i am not holding my breath

I was promised a delivery date which was over a week later that originally suggested, once that date lapsed I tried contacting through all communication channels to no avail. There is now no possible way to contact this company to discuss the order. I have emailed to request a refund and will use this as a paper trail to apply for a charge back through my bank. I just hope this company stays solvent long enough for my charge back to be processed. The new minimum order of £100 could be a way of them pulling in as much cash before pulling the plug......again.

After leaving negative reviews they finally responded and said they had issued a refund. And asked me to delete the review.

ONE MONTH has passed and refund still NOT received. And they are back to ignoring all correspondence.

Their phone line haven't been operational for months now. Every week there's a new message saying they've shut phone lines for the week to catch up with orders. The next week a new message appears saying the same.

Read the other reviews, i'm not the only one they've done this to.
