Submitted a ticket for customer service and 1 week later still no response after it was forwarded to customer service level 2. Lots of money involved and at this point I feel they are acting in bad faith.

Dreistigkeit in einem video Spiel. Was soll ich sagen Raid shadow legends ist an sich ganz gut , nur das diese Geldgeier von plarium nichts auf die Reihe kriegen ist wohl klar, seid dem letzten Update gibt es nun plarium Punkte, am Tag durch 2 std spielen kann man sich 9 Stück erarbeiten, aber um aus den Punkten (25000) einen legendären champ zu erhalten ist mehr als dreist laut meiner Rechnung muss man täglich 2 std spielen um in 8,777 Jahren diese 25000 Punkte voll zu haben. Gehts noch? Man kann sich im Shop 2500 Punkte kaufen für 60€ jo läuft bei euch.

Spiele seit ca. 3 Jahren RAID, seit dem letzten Update startet der Client zwar und belegt ein dutzend Slotz im Task-Manager, aber die Oberfläche und somit das Game startet nicht mehr! Zum Game an sich:
Nur noch reine Abzocke und weiter kommt man nur mit Echtgeld. Dazu machen noch Deutsche Spieler wie "Farbstoff RSL" massiv auf YT Werbung für das Game, der aber ALLE Champs (teilweise doppelt und dreifach) VOLL ausgestattet hat, was selbst mit massivem Geld-Einsatz kaum möglich ist...
Mann muss wissen dass Plarium ein Ukrainisches Unternehmen ist, ich frage mich ob und wenn ja wieviel von Dehren Gewinn in den Freiheitskampf IHRER Landsleute fließt, dazu gab es bisher Null Aussagen!
Selbst die Abzocker von "War Gaming" (Weisrussen) bieten noch immer mehr für das ggf. investierte Geld als Dieser Laden. Unglaublich dass sowas in der EU, die sonst ja so ziemlich ALLES reglementiert, noch erlaubt ist...!!!

Es una empresa de estafadores , me gustaría saber dónde se puede hacer una demanda? Esta empresa es legal España ? Se puede demandar por estafa continua ? Hay algún abogado especializado en estos casos de estafas en la red por unas empresas que se llaman desolladores de juegos que al final son una lacra que aprovecha gente para estafar etc.

Bonjour, et encore parce que je veux publier, société intéressée que par l'argent. Comme je n'ai jamais versé je ne peux récupérer mon compte, parce que je n'ai aucune facture. Trop drôle cette boite Américaine, pour moi elle vaut zéro. Plus aucun jeu chez eux, en dehors de celui ouvert et sans la moindre monnaie bien sur.

Erhöhen die Euro preise bei buy in Käufen massiv, sodass sich der kleinscheiss nicht mehr lohnt. ändern aber nicht die preise für USDollar. Schweinerei, kriegen den Rachen nicht voll....

Meine persönliche Erfahrung zeigt einen unterirdischer Support, der auf Biegen und Brechen und unter allen Ausreden einen durch ein Update verlorenen Account nicht zurückgeben will. Dumm und stur wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe und das will was heißen.
Lasst die Finger weg von allem was mit Plarium zutun hat! Das ist der letzte Haufen an Ignoranten!

I have to start with the positive. I am playing Raid shadow legends and the graphics and the game concept is great. However, now to all the negative justifying this poor rating.

1. The resources are scares for a person that wants to play for the fun of playing and not spend on such a game. If I were to spend, I'd expect to spend about 60 to 70 bucks for a full fleshed game. Here, in this game this amount of money would get you nowhere. They are adding new things to the game but immediately put the core items for this new feature on their marketplace. If you'd go with the normal F2P route to collect items to get a suitable outcome, you'd have to play that game for more than 2 years for ONE piece of interest! Math was done by calculation on spreadsheet on one of the content creators websites. One word resumes it all; Paywalls. Wherever you go.
2. Their support team is one of the most incompetent support team I have had to deal with. They love sending you macro content and templated responses, but as soon as there is a little more to it, they go silent. Issues of course are never resolved.
3. They have a poor way of implementing new rollouts. There seems to be no testing involved when it comes to major releases. They have a test server for content creators to go do some test on, but they have an NDA on what is being rolled out until a couple of days before the roll out. Furthermore, the test server is only available to those CC less than a week prior to the rollout. This means that they are utilizing these servers for marketing purposes more than actual testing.
4. Plarium has several platforms, iOS, Google play and their computer platform called plarium play... that last one is the worst of all. You'd expect a mobile adapted game for computer to be fairly light and run smoothly on a gaming computer.... well think again, have you opened a google session and had 40 to 50 windows open and look at your cpu and memory usage? It's high isn't it? Well, double that and add some more to have a representation of what plarium play consumes!! I have 4k online games needing less memory resources than that on the same computer.
All in one, the one deserved star is for their design, the rest... not so great

Bonjour , dommage je peux pas mettre zéro étoile , le jeu est bien pour moi malgré qu'il coûte cher, plusieurs problèmes , perte de connexion , assistante répond toujours aux joueurs vide ton cache , tu te fais piraté le château et quand tu arrives à le récupérer 2 ou 3 semaines après toutes tes ressorts et guerriers ( par dizaines de milliards) tout à disparu réponse assistance plarium on peut rien faire , cadeau 7 ans anniversaire pas reçu malgré le formulaire rempli ( des milliers dans mon cas) vous avez dû vous tromper dans votre id , combien de temps vous allez encore nous m prendre pour des imbéciles ? Bouclier de 47 semaines je joue plus tant que rien ne sera obtenu

I wish I could give a negative review. If you do not want to spend money and expect to get your money's worth and get your money back when stuff goes wrong (and it will) then do not play this game.

Will mich einloggen und Platinum verlangt Administratorrechte?

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Wir spielen seit Jahren, haben auch immer wieder Geld investiert. Aber dafür bekommt man nichts, was diese Summen rechtfertigt. Die performance ist besonders zu den "Events" derart mies, daß sich das spielen oft nicht lohnt. Wenn mal Fehler passieren, findet der "Support" Ausreden, die die Schuld auf den Nutzer schieben.
Null Service, Null Kompetenz - ergibt NULL EMPFEHLUNG!!! Ich kann nur jedem raten, die Finger von den Spielen dieses Anbieters zu lassen. Dazu kommt noch, daß die App von Plarium als Schadsoftware vom Betriebssystem ausgewiesen wird...

Horrible customer support. Takes about 10 days just to receive the first response which usually gives some generic useless answers and after you reply back it takes another 10 days at least to get another useless reply. They never solve anything. A horrible practice and fishy game shop mechanics. Avoid it.

Really bad and greedy company. Bad service. They have no idea how to run a company and don't care to improve themselves.. Also paying for positive reviews on places like appstore.
