Fast order processing. Quick delivery to Cambridge. Good, tasty, fresh candies. Romashka (green one) is my favourite and I am really happy that such shop exists! There was also a gift in the parcel :) Will order again for sure.

The sender did not even care to put the in a box. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Unfortunately, this might happen time to time that the currier is neglecting parcels and delivering not in the good condition.
We are not sending already damaged parcels and nobody has issues with receiving items in the same condition as they were sent over.
In the same time we are wandering why you never contacted us regarding this matter?
1. Your experience date is stated 27/03 but today is 17/04.
Almost 1 month has gone by and we never heard about your issues regarding your order.
2. Customer never emailed to us providing the evidence and opportunity to claim refund for damages
