Great service as always. The company is going above and beyond to satisfy you. I'd to asked for few favors in the past and they always do what you asked for, even sending parcel to a different country. This time I'd made an order and we supposed to go away in few days time so guys made sure to sent a package straight away so I got it before we went away. If use by date is running out they warn you and if certain sweets are out of stock they ask what to replace with. So I never had any problems with the order.
I can't thanks them enough for their service. Definitely recommend this company

I'm not happy with the quality and service of this company. I will explain why.
In general, they are doing not bad, but there is room for improvement because they can lose clients in this way.
For, example, I ordered twice from them and I always had some issues, I'm not sure I'll order again.
In my first order, some of the items were not fresh which was disappointing because they were my favorite sweets, and some of them I prepared for a present.
In my second order, some items were missing! And I was even more disappointed because it was something new I wanted to try, I'm not saying I just wasted my money for nothing.
In general, they put all candies in one bag and it's hard to recognize if it's the right amount of them and if some items are missing or not. I believe they should put each brand in a different bag.
I hope they will consider this review in the future and improve the service and quality of the products.
