I found the saleperson David quite responsive even after the sale had gone through...even called to check after days of receipt...he wanted to know how I was settling with the new car...which was by the way delivered as described.

PJ Nichols are transparent with their intentions about your car repairs and services, they were recommended to me by an independent VW in Cheltenham and I have never looked back. I had underlying issues with my car no one else could solve them but PJ did well done !

Staff were extremely helpful booking car in for service and MOT. Car decided to break down couple days before that so had to be left in car park by AA. It was all dealt with very quickly and back on road by end of week. Would definitely recommend.
