Pipefy Arvostelua 

I discovered Pipefy a while ago and it has helped me create very useful processes for my startup. I like the fact that there is now a free tier and the team is constantly improving the product.

Amazing product, terrible customer support. Tons of bugs. No one to help you work through them.

Pipefy even replied to my review here, but didn't actually reply to my support issue.

is great product, however I think is really expensive for startups. Because that i stopped to use.

It just gets better and better. Full of resources, great data analysis all in a very user-friendly design, and this new Public Form tool just couldn't come in better timing.
I just can't rate 5 stars yet because I'm still implementing Pipefy in my company, still in test fase. But, judging from all I've seen, I'm surely coming back to rate it better.

Projects collaboration and To Do Lists are made much easier with Pipefy. I find it very simple to use and helps pry me away from living out of my Inbox!

A great customizable tool for different areas and processes!

- Falta implantar a estrutura de operadores lógicos/condicionais para alguns Pipes. Ex: Campo/botão só aparece SE alguma condição em fase anterior for cumprida.
- Database ainda é muito lenta e não permite exportação

It is a little slow and has some glitches but great for process management

Just have minor bugs that we've reported to them already. Other than that, really great software

When you have sub- processes the user experience is not that good. In addition, the reporting miss qualitative information.

I love this app! It’s super customizable and easy to set up. I love that I can set up my own workflow and then either automatically or manually email my clients emails as I progress through my workflow. I’ve searched and searched and haven’t found any other solution that fits my needs. My only wishes would be to add an option to white label everything, and html email templates. Other than that it’s perfect. :)
