Pepify Arvostelua 

I ordered product from them back in middle of July it didn't take very long for the product to show up. But the product was bad nothing was good about it. All clumped. Asked for refund or resend. Multiple times contacted customer support kept getting the runaround until finally a person named will that said they were the owners was going to handle it. That never happened a week later customer support responded back to another email still saying they're waiting to verify waiting for someone else to do something. Then I wait one more week they say they're waiting for someone else to verify to reship and they can't ship because of customs. They've never refunded my money. I had to contact my bank and to do a chargeback. I would stay away from this company I believe it is a scamming company even if you do get product the product will not be good. That is my opinion

May 25th, 2026, I bought into Pepify.Pro for a 1-time fee of $150, and their add stated that in this "Founding Father" deal, I'd be entitled to every perk they'd offer, even future benefits, without incurring any additional fees. Great, right? Well, I paid, but had a hard time reaching anyone, and I moved on with my business plan. I hired another web developer, and they made me a great website. Now, I'm looking for a payment processor to be added to my site, and I remembered Pepify.Pro. I reached back out, and actually was asked to show proof that I was a "Founding Father"...I sent proof, and On August 7th, they said they could help get everything set up. After 9 emails back and forth, I'm no closer to getting anything done as I swear it was AI semi-answering my emails, but every time I advised I needed to have their inventory uploaded and get their payment processor added to my site, I got more offers from them to help, but it continued in a circle. I asked for someone to talk to in every email, to no avail. It's now August 19th, 2026, and I've decided to bypass Pepify.Pro again as they are costing me money. I'm very disappointed with them. It's been a few months since I charged the $150, but you better bet I'm going to try for a refund from my credit card company for services not provided. Extremely Disappointed! Please save YOUR money and YOUR time and effort. Maybe they'll reach back out to me to make this right? And maybe pigs will fly.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is terrible. Worst customer service ever to be a company that grows through other businesses. We emailed them questions and instead of responding to the questions they said thank you they would be happy to answer them…then never did. WTF. We emailed them multiple times. They claim you will be assigned an account manager, that’s a lie. Whoever is behind the live chat knows nothing and isn’t helpful. I asked to see what a vial with a logo on it looks like, crickets.

They also claim that their products connect to your website. Which isn’t entirely factual. They do sync BUT you have to manually load them to your store. The inventory doesn’t sync so you have to keep and eye on that yourself and it seems they don’t have a lot of inventory.

The customer service for us was so bad we didn’t stick around to see what they were like with placing an actual order.
