Pinnacle Surveyors Arvostelua

5 star service from RICS surveyor Edward Green. Thank you! Will recommend your company any day

Really professional service provided by Pinnacle Surveyors. Visit lasted 30 mins or so and report available by the end of the day. Had a Help to Buy valuation done and pleased with the valuation.

Very quick service and report sent within 2 days. Stress free experience

Very fast and thorough for a level 2, I do recommend.

Very simple process and received the report the next day! Would highly recommend!

Communication was very good, all questions were answered, Good work.
Would recommend. Thanks

Having sold quite some time ago, we finally found what we thought was our perfect next house. We decided to instruct a survey because we had picked up a few things whilst viewing the house that we wanted reassurance about, and also to sense check potential repair costs etc. We had a surveyor called Ed I think who called us after doing his work to meticulously and nicely step through everything he had found. This was balanced, as he knew we wanted to buy this house. However there was a lot more wrong with it, including some things that i would say hadn't been fully disclosed, and so we pulled out. Annoying, but we are so grateful to Pinnacle for how thorough and nice they have been, and would certainly recommend them, and will use them again on our next attempt whenever that is. Thank you.

Timely, all explained well, no hassle, no hesitation or time wasting. Report next day.

From initial call, right through to home buyers report being done, their service was excellent, professional, helpful, and most importantly, they communicated.

Excellent - I normally wouldn't write in for good service but this warrants it. Very professional, affordable and practical. Dealing with a deceased estate where some of the deadlines changed, Pinnacle were accommodating on providing updates on this. I would very much recommend and will use again.

Report was very thorough and the surveyor who did the inspection was very police and easy to speak with

I would not recommend this service. A surveyor attended the property last Friday and, during the visit, indicated that the valuation aligned with our expectations. However, upon receiving the report, we were astonished to find the property valued at £0.
The report contains several statements that are simply inaccurate. For instance, it claims the kitchen renovations are incomplete, despite the kitchen being newly installed, fully fitted, and finished to a high standard.
These are not minor oversights but significant misrepresentations that call into question the reliability and professionalism of the survey. On this basis, I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before engaging this service.

Fast turnaround from inquiry to completion.

Edward Green explained every step clearly and completed the valutaion in 24 hours! Thank you for your help.

Very quick process from booking the valuation to receiving the report

Valuation was 35k less than the districtt valuer last year I don't understand why and when I phoned I wasn't given an explaination

Excellent communication, fast service and Alex the surveyor couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful in the RICS red book valuation he provided for me

Excellent service from beginning to end.

I was bit nervous after reading previous reviews but still went ahead with Pinnacle and my experience was really great. The appointment was quick and review was thorough. The surveyor has visited on time and he checked all required documents and provided valuation report next day.
