Pinnacle Surveyors Arvostelua

Super easy to deal with, very friendly and really really efficient. Great job and will 110% use again if needed and recommend.

The actual Survey was very thorough no complaints.
Actually get a booking was a nightmare, then to get cancelled on the day and put back another 2 weeks was totally frustrating. To top it off it look 8 days from the surveyor attending the property to us getting the report. Far to long and stressful. In a nutshell we wouldn’t use them again.

Made the whole experience stress free,
And not even had to have the day off work for my home valuation,

Initially slow to confirm appointment for valuation however, once highlighted to Pinnacle, the team were excellent in responding, being flexible and completing the valuation rapidly and the surveyor was very polite and professional. The valuation report was also provided within 24 hours of the appointment.

My survey date expires on 30th June. I wanted a one month extension for help to buy but as it was dated 18th June (as I requested in advance of the date), help to buy will only extend until 18th July. I asked that the date be amended to help resolve this and was told by Lucy in enquiries its company policy not to do this. If somebody had called me and explained this beforehand I would not have proceeded until this date. Very disappointed.

On time polite helpful didn't get upset when my normally friendly dog took a dislike to her.

Very pleased with service. Jamie called me before the survey to get any specific instruction, and again afterwards to summarise his findings. His report was released same day

The surveyor was highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to explain each stage clearly, ensuring that I understood what was involved and what to expect. His thorough approach and willingness to answer questions made the entire experience straightforward and reassuring.

The service they provided was very helpful the report was available for us to see within 24 hours which was really quick. I emailed them with a request and that was actioned almost immediately. We would highly recommend them. The service was very good value for the price we paid.

Very easy to contact and get the result very quickly and on time.
With RICS valuation report .

Swift, pleasant to deal with.
Price wasn’t beaten by anyone more local.

Good company with fast service and clear information

Very good service

Pinnacle were really easy to contact, they gave quote online and it was really easy to follow. They rang when they said they would turned up early. Very good service would highly recommend.

Good response, good service and amazing approach

They are thorough, quick to contact and respond, and excellent communication.

Communication was very good and the arrangements were made for the survey within a reasonable time frame. Wayne did an excellent and thorough job of the report and made himself available subsequently to answer any queries etc regarding the property. He was very personable and knowledgeable and provided invaluable further insights into the technical issues arising. The service was really good, the staff were all helpful and courteous, and their professional charges are very fair and reasonable. I would certainly recommend Pinnacle.
