I used to shop at Picstop more frequently in past, but since postage cost was added to purchases I refrained to buy anything..there was no postage cost so I decided to make my recent purchase...good communication for delivery..thanks a lot!

For at least the last 20 years we have offered Free delivery on everything, however, for a short period in 2022 we trialled a small postage charge (£1.99) on memory products. We eventually reversed this change within a few months and added that value back into the overall cost of the product - and a 'Free Delivery' inclusive price was available on all products again.

I always use Picstop for photography…
I always use Picstop for photography Extreme Pro SD cards. Best price on the current market and most importantly, for the disorganised photographer, who suddenly realises they need a couple of new cards before their photography holiday !!....Picstop post out immediately.

Customer called our office about this issue, we offered our apologies for the fault, promised to replace the product under warranty ASAP, we supplied 'free returns' details - an hour or so later we received this poor 'service' review. Tried contacting the reviewer again - no response.
