Setting up the insurance was quick and simple.
For my circumstances and requirements, the cost of the insurance was reasonable.

I phoned to add a new lens expecting the price to increase but was surprised when told the price had gone down, only by £1 but still a reduction

Whilst there is nothing wrong with the value of the insurance, company website is terrible to get access to account online and email to them remains unanswered

Adina was really helpful, She was kind, funny and really attentive, i had loads of questions (around 20) regarding the policy and she answered them all with complete certenty. Honestly so helpful and lovely, Couldn't speak higher of her.

I haven't had to make a claim yet so i cant speak of that but the team at photoguard are so lovely and helpful.
