Updated my policy and renewed it very easily, good customer service.

Great company to have insurance with I'd an unfortunate accident with my gear and the policy did exactly what it said it would plus it was an easy process a little time passes but that's quotes and so on nothing photoguard can do anything about. Will.i use them again sure I would peace of mind is key.

Photoguard are genuinely interested in their customers. They were able to give good advice and saved me a claim.

The worst company to insure your photography gears, my claim has taken far too long. This company is worse than the thieves that might rob your equipment in the first place. I’ve experienced more trauma while dealing with them that the robbery itself. Photoguard will happily take your money but have no doubt they will do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to get out of paying out a claim. Basically, I’m a portrait&street photographer and I was attacked in the street on June, 1st. Unfortunately, my backpack including all my camera equipments were stolen. The incident was so shocking moment for me as I never experienced anything like that before. I reported it to the police, have gone through counselling sessions and still have not fully recovered. Photogouard has been a nightmare to deal with. They keep delaying processing the claim by asking irrelevant questions and requesting irrelevant documents. It’s been over 11 weeks now and I’m still waiting, this is absolutely nonsense and totally unacceptable.

Based on my experience with this company I ask you not to insure your gears with them as they have been awful for theft as is in my case and why I have given this review. Just read through the reviews here, so many of those 5-star reviews have nothing to do with a claim, I regret that I never read their reviews before I took on the policy. They’ve put me in a terrible situation that has hugely damaged my business and my personal life. Do they care at all, absolutely not. So if you care about your business, your gears and your personal life I’d definitely recommend another company.

Photoguard/Guardclaims these guys have been absolutely amazing , Jamie & team was my last hope must say and they have not let me down. After authority closed the case in two days by saying we couldn’t find described thieves in surrounding area. I am so grateful for whole photoguard team for efficiently sorting my claim. I would highly recommend photoguard to anyone who is in two minds about buying 📸 📷 insurance.

I unfortunately had all my camera gear stolen from my car on a Saturday, got a callback to fill out claim form on the Monday and had replacement equipment in my hands by the Friday. Really impressed by the speed in which my claim was handled.

Outstanding professional service.

Very efficient process with my claim for a lens repair. The repair was then delayed due to higher complexity than expected. I had to hire replacement lens to cover some upcoming work. Additional payments approved by PhotoGuard rapidly.

Had an issue, now resolved. People are brilliant once you speak to one :)

I cancelled my policy on the Phone and was told that my that my payment would be refunded to my account so far this has not happened I would like to know why ??

An insurance company is only as good as there ability to settle claims.
So far so good.
