Philip Morris is an excellent company because of the quality of the merchandise they sell, their easy-to-manoeuvre website and very good prices. The delivery was good, the packaging was excellent, and I'd certainly recommend them to everyone.

My order was dispatched promptly, the quality was fantastic and my daughter absolutely loved it.

I ordered online a flat cap and a wax thornproof but I received only the wax. The shop deliberately dispatched the order incomplete. Awful customer service, after of endless emails got refund but not for postage. Ruined my Xmas shopping, never again to shop from them!

After a couple of false starts with sizes and fitting, we turned to Philip Morris who had the product we wanted, a Seeland coat for my wife. But importantly in the size we needed and even better at the best price. Cost was duly ordered easily on line and arrived in no time. Brilliant and just right.

I bought my last pair of Aigle wellies from Philipmorris, in their store. excellent service - excellent product.
Some years later - my magnificent wellies (I walk around 5 miles a day with a very big dog, over fields) needed replacing. This time I went online - couldn't see the colour I wanted, in the size I wanted - delighted with Aigle - comfortable and long lasting - so I phoned - got a really helpful young man - who checked for me and said the colour I wanted (bronze green?) was indeed out of stock - but was ordered and would be in the store in the next two days. - Sure enough they were - arrived here the next day!

Bronze green (think that was the name of the colour, is actually (to me) a very dark green - but with a hint of navy in it. - Friends disagree - but I LOVE the colour too.

I have two experiences with this company. The first was an online purchase, the second followed a visit to the store. Both were positive. The online purchase was very straighforward, delivery was prompt and I got exactly what I ordered. My telephone number showed on the invoice so I wrote asking that this should not appear on the address label. I received a very courteous and prompt reply to say that it wouldn't. And it didn't! The visit to the store was productive. The members of staff I dealt with were efficient, courteous, professional and helpful. They hadn't got the the item I wanted in the store, but had it brought from the warehouse within fifteen minutes. It doesn't get much better than this. Both the items I purchased were Barbour ones. Both were discounted. I am very pleased with both. I would recommend this company.

Really great experience from start to finish. This was my first time ordering so I was slightly hesitant but I decided to go for it after reading great reviews on Trustpilot. I ordered some Barbour slippers as a Christmas present. Really competitive pricing and they arrived super fast, in perfect condition! I have decided to shop from smaller companies after being scammed out of hundreds of pounds by Selfridges and this just confirmed it was the right decision.
