Bin liner quantities

Having bought bin liners from PM&S in the past, this time around I found the description re quantity very vague and somewhat misleading. I thought I had bought 240 but had in fact only bought 120 - so a good value for money purchase became a very expensive one. The only good thing is that they refunded the monies (net of their postage costs) quickly. In summary - look closely at wording before you buy.

I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your order. The product you ordered is one of the Larger Brabantia Bin Liners which only have 10 bags per pack as stated on our website. The size guide does clearly show each individual sized binbag with the bags per roll and the total of bags that will be received in a clear layout on our webpage. Within the product description we do advise to browse the size guide to view quantities, or contact us for any clarification.

Everything was easy

Everything was easy, well priced and fast service. Couldn't fault it and will use more in the future. I would much rather use a family business than corporates.

Lovely shirt!

Philipmorrisdirect.co.uk are a great company to do business with! A good range of stock with many attractive sales prices. Barbour shirts are generally heavier - great for the cooler months? Easy to order and quick delivery. Recommend going up a size - I found that my normal size in a 'tailored fit' was not as loose as I would normally like.

Superb service

Superb service, I ordered some shoes and they turned up promptly, The free Brushes were missing so I phoned them up and they arrived very swiftly. The lady I spoke to apologised profusely and she obviously wanted to make sure I was a happy customer, which I was. 100% would recommend

Waxed Barbour jacket

Inaccurate sizing on their website.

I bought a pair of size11 Chelsea boots from their online store. Boots arrived in a timely fashion and they looked great. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit and initially I thought they sent a size 10 in error. I called the company and was told that their size 11 is an EU size 45 which in reality is a UK 10.5. I then had to tried the boots at my own expense.
If you are considering buying footwear from this company, check the sizing beforehand.

As previously stated on phone you purchased a pair of Chatham boots, this particular brand do not label there UK11 as an EU46 as both stated on our size guide and their’s. If you were to order the UK12 from our website this would be received as the EU46. I do apolgise for any confusion caused during this.
