Completely messed up our order which our client refused to accept. We lost the client. Asked for branded pens, we received branded boxes instead. I have asked to speak to the owner. Still waiting for a call back.

This is not the full story. The client NEVER mentioned that they wanted branding on the pens within the pen set. Our quote, invoice and the layout that the client approved all only ever mentioned branding on the pen box. Client was only ever charged for branding on the pen box and layout was only sent for the box. After delivery client mentioned they actually wanted branding on the pens for the first time. Its not a fair review.
The service
The service, communication and the delivery was above par. Very reliable, keep up the good work.
Delivery came earlier than expected.
