Petzl Arvostelua 

Even one star is too much for their after sales support.
I bought a headlamp. The casing was cracked out of the box which leads to not locking the switch. As a result the lamp turns on in backpack by accident and when you need it the battery is flat.
I have the lamp for over two years and trying to contact Petzl since day two. The only answer i received was newsletter.
I used to be loving customer now i will never buy, nor recommend Petzl.

J'ai eu un soucis avec un revendeur Petzl avec une lampe frontale défectueuse. La lampe s'allumait quand elle voulait.
J'ai donc fait une réclamation la lampe étant sous garantie. La réponse du revendeur je cite : "Avez-vous bien lu le mode d'emploi?"
Pour info le mode d'emploi est simple. Insérer les piles et appuyer sur le bouton.
Depuis... silence radio. J'ai donc écrit à Petzl leur signalant le soucis et le lendemain même Petzl m'a répondu que je leur retourne la lampe pour réparation et échange.
Enfin un vrai professionnel bravo à Petzl pour leur intervention efficace et rapide.

Great experience, returned a head torch which had a cracked casing. The team at Petzl dealt with the issue very quickly and got a new light out to me In time for an overseas trip.
Would recommend and not hesitate to buy from again.

Terrible after sales service. Bought the petzl eclipse linebucket. It was broken when it came out of the package. Petzl says it’s not under warranty. It’s been a while ago but now i feel scammed again.

Purchased The petzl antik. I use this one time and the head band broke. Nowhere on the Internet can you find directions to fix it. They charges $26 for a replacement band. Total junk.

Absolutely dreadful after sales service..bought a petzl 8 months but it has been flickering on and off and not lighting on highest setting every since I had it..contacted Petzl under warranty and they are forcing ME to pay return postage for it or be inspected..it is a £44 head torch for god sake..just damn well send me a replacement at your expense Petzl. What is wrong with you???

The Petzl Sirocco helmet deforms easily if left in a vehicle. I took my helmet on a road trip and the helmet deformed. I contacted Petzl for support and they gave limited information. If it deforms the only option is to retire the helmet. Bad product, bad service.

Had a problem with my wife's mutt which chewed the strap of my Actik Core. Dealt with in good humour and kindness. Just very very good customer service.

Very good head torch product used for a race through the night. USB recharge and varying light selections with low battery flashing light warning. Really good idea to have a lock off button to stop light switching on while in storage / transit. A reliable product which fitted my normal sized head well without having to adjust straps.

In April this year I returned my much-loved Petzl ACTIK headlamp under its five year guarantee. The on/off button had become compressed and the rubber was torn and perishing. Petzl’s customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was updated by email, with a technician’s report and photo, and the headlamp was returned fixed and looking as good as new - within a week. I want to give a special mention to Naomi from Petzl’s After Sales Service. She put a personal note in with my headlamp advising that she’d noticed my strap was looking worn, so had replaced this too. A brilliant, shining example of fantastic customer care!

Petzl España es la peor empresa para trabajar.
Trato anacrónico y dirección de personal con filosofía de la España profunde de 1940. Te vigilan hasta para ir al baño y no existen recursos humanos, mas bien recursos inhumanos...
Se saltan las leyes laborales y entre otras la "directora" general de la oficina de España se permite el lujo de fumar en la ofician delante de todo el personal al que martiriza con su inutilidad para gestionar personas...

Recently, I've had a great experience while asking for help from the service team (and post sales team). I am really pleased with the way they handled the situation.
