Ein Stern ist hier eigentlich noch viel zu viel! Die Abholung der Rücksendung war vereinbart und noch am Vortag bestätigt – erschienen ist jedoch niemand. Dass ich umsonst Zeit verschwendet habe, war aber erst der Anfang dieser unglaublichen Farce.
Seit mittlerweile 3 Wochen bettle ich nun schon um ein Rücksendeetikett. Der Kundenservice entschuldigt sich am laufenden Band und schiebt die Schuld auf die Spedition, die sich angeblich um die Retouren kümmert – von dieser Spedition hat sich seit 3 Wochen absolut niemand gemeldet!
Ich kann mein Paket seit 3 Wochen nicht zurückschicken. Über 20 E-Mails wurden geschrieben, und nicht eine einzige hat zu irgendeinem Ergebnis geführt. So eine Farce habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht erlebt! Mir fehlen schlichtweg die Worte, um zu beschreiben, wie erbärmlich und lächerlich dieser gesamte Service ist. Absolut KEINE Kaufempfehlung!

It took a while before I was able to order for my business, the website was not automatically removing the VAT (reverse charge) even though that's normally the case with other webshops. And the website malfunctioned by not having the payment button ready. But... the contact with customer service was really good. They reply incredibly quick. They made sure I was able to make my order and I also received it fairly quick. I am very happy with my purchase and will be ordering again.

J’ai acheté la prancha Artero Zenit Titanium XS Mini (M602), pour un montant de 19,79 €.
Le paiement par carte bancaire a été encaissé, mais le produit n’a jamais été livré, malgré plusieurs mois d’attente.
Je n’ai reçu ni facture, ni remboursement, malgré de nombreux e-mails adressés au service client.
Les réponses indiquent uniquement que le problème sera résolu, sans aucune action concrète.
À ce jour, je suis sans produit et sans remboursement.
J’attends une livraison immédiate ou un remboursement intégral.

Incorrect item sent and very poor return process. I ordered three items and one arrived incorrectly. Instead of arranging a simple prepaid return, I was expected to organise everything myself, including printing a label (which I do not have facilities for) and potentially paying for postage upfront and waiting for a refund.
A UPS collection was arranged without even checking if I would be home, with a wide 9am–3pm window, which is unrealistic for most people who work or have commitments. When I raised concerns and asked for a QR code or a driver-provided label, the collection was simply cancelled without offering a proper solution.
This has turned what should have been a simple mistake into unnecessary stress and wasted time. For a company of this size, I expected much better customer service and a smoother, more customer-friendly approach to correcting their own error.

Online sales fraud! Bought 3 itens, never got any, wrote an email asking why the itens had not been sent, they claimed it was the wrong address ( It's a big company address with reception open from 7:30 to 20:00), asked if i still wanted the itens (already paid), I said Yes. Sent another invoice, now with only 2 itens...? Am I supposed to pay for those again???? I have all the docs to prove it.

I’ve purchased two products now the Mix and the Big Bang both spray nozzles broke within a couple uses. The product is decent if you get to use it more than a couple times but the packaging is worthless.

Selling products made for humans which have not been tested and safe for dogs. Item returned, but I had to pay for my own postage to return the item which they won't refund.

I have also used their Matix spray and after one spray the nozzle blocks up. I was told by one of their representatives on their trade stand that it is a known problem and I should pierce the can to remove the product and dispense into a spray bottle.

Customer service is atrocious...from such a large company it is not acceptable!! For this reason I will not ever purchase from Artero ever again..

I ordered 3 cans of product totalling £51 and 2 of the cans were dented. As I have previously been sent dented cans and they stopped working 2/3 through, I contacted them and they very quickly sent 2replacement undented. I went to take off the lid of one and it seemed almost welded on. When I succeeded in removing it the plastic sprayer came with meaning I couldn’t use the product. I emailed them 3 times and they ghosted me even I after said I would operate charge back with my bank. If you see their Facebook reviews ignoring customers seems a common policy

We bought a hulk pet dryer and it spoilt within a month. We brought it for repairs 3 times and was promised a replacement and then we got ghosted. They do not honor their word and provide the replacement.

I bought a Spectra trimmer, and recived it used with a lot of hairs, dead battery, scratches. Really disappointed, their customer support closes at 5pm, no one you can reach after this time. On their Facebook page a lot of people complains about non existent customer support
