Cheap rubbish

Purchased several items from these guys thinking they'd be of excellent quality. The bed fell apart within days of receiving my goods and my dog had only used it once! Quality is terrible and going forward, I'll be sure to use a reputable company, not these clowns. Do yourself a favour and be sure to purchase elsewhere.

Robust and comfortable - loved by the dogs

I bought the Icon bowl's as my dog needed a change, and after a first attempt buying them from another company (both bowls smashed), I decided to go straight to Scruffs. Despite the food bowl having a crack when I received the bowls, I was able to quickly get a like-for-like replacement easily, and now have a very happy dog!

My bowel arrived cracked! Broken! Been trying to contact Scruffs since 22nd May. No reply to my emails / voicemail message / instagram message.

Ordered a dog bed (medium) for our small dog - it arrived and it was so small, more suitable for a cat. We wanted to return it but even finding the information to be able to do this was difficult and we couldn't get hold of their team. I eventually had to pay £7 to return it with Royal Mail - I was tracking it and was notified that it had been returned to them a week ago (5 working days). I had received an auto-email when I asked how to process a return to say that I would be refunded within 72 hours... I haven't heard anything from them, no reply to any of my emails, the phone number rings and rings, no response on Instagram either - so they've effectively stolen my money and the customer service is non-existent - I've had to take it up with my credit card company now. Take my advice and avoid ordering from this company.

Perfect for my dogs bad leg , totally satisfied.

Ordered a pet bed, it was ok but the quality wasnt that great. I paid for it to be returned, it arrived 3 weeks ago and I have still not received my refund. They do not reply to emails!!

Ordered an XL boucle bed and paid £7 for next day delivery as we needed a replacement bed urgently on Tuesday 22nd April. Ordered after the cut off time so expected delivery on Thursday 24th April. No delivery arrived and there was no update on the tracking to show any movement of the parcel. I got in contact on Friday 25th April to ask about an update, tried to use the online chat, sent an email and also tried to contact on instagram. It took them 5/6 days to come back to me and say the parcel was ‘lost in transit’ and offered me a refund or replacement. I really liked the bed so wanted a replacement but expected it to be sent out on 30th April as I had responded to the email straight away! We are now on the 1st May and still no bed or any update on whether they have sent my replacement or not. My poor dogs have been without a bed since their old one had to be thrown away! Looks like I’m going to have to go and buy them one from somewhere else at this rate which is such a shame!! I would not recommend ordering from this company, the customer service is atrocious!

Bed arrived and despite saying washable, the cover doesn’t come off so want to return it. Per website instructions I emailed for a return code - still no reply a week later. I’ve tried them via Facebook and Instagram too. Awful customer service that is going to leave me £70 out of pocket.

Purchased one of their bags for our new puppy, only to watch the zip collapse inwards on itself in one 10-week puppy bite. Scruffs were rude when I emailed querying if it was perhaps a manufacturing flaw, instead ‘reminding’ me that dogs do bite things. I did attempt to clarify that I was aware, and only raising it because I watch the zip fail immediately once under minor strain. At this point, a manager called me only to reiterate that they didn’t feel their response had been rude, nor were they willing to investigate if it was a manufacturing fault nor do anything about it. Unfortunately, could not recommend the bag due to how quickly it was entirely unusable and how this was handled by the manufacturer.

I ordered two beds for my dogs to sleep in on my very cold boat.
They were very excited when the package arrived and knew it would be something nice for them.
As soon as the beds were out, the dogs got in them and loved them immediately- they are extremely well made and look great - if I could add a picture I would !

Your customer service was amazing sorting out the broken bowls which wasn't your fault.

I would suggest if fragile items are purchased that you use a different delivery company.

Ordered some dog bowls, they were delivered with Evri. They arrived smashed so I went straight on the website and used the live chat feature. Got straight through to Kysha who arranged for a replacement to be delivered with a different courier and next day delivery. Can not fault their customer service, and the bowls are really nice. Thank you!
