Needed a replacement closing panel. Wrote to Customer Service and got an immediate reply with all I needed to know. Contacted the telephone number provided and 5 days later I have received delivery. A very happy customer!

Ich hatte über Amazon das Halsband PetsafeTrainer erworben, das leider nach einigen Monaten nicht mehr funktionierte. Die Firma Radio System Petsafe hat mir umgehend eine Anleitung zur Behebung des Problems geschickt. Da dies aber nicht funktionierte bekam ich ein neues Gerät, sogar kostenfrei das Nachfolgegerät. Leider muss man man den Spray immer wieder dort bestellen, und es ist recht teuer!

We have a very challenging black lab. We purchased the collar and remote in conjunction with a professional trainer to teach us and the dog how to behave. Prior to the collar, the house was in total chaos, after - everyone is happy. When the collar wore out (2 years), the company replaced it with a 50% discount and a few weeks later the remote wore out and they replaced it for free. The phone rep in Indiana was perfect! I am a lifelong customer! Thank you for exceeding expectation!!!!

I am highly disappointed with the underground fence product. Due to constantly having faulty collars or wire constantly messing up our 12 year old son’s therapy dog has vanished on August 24th 2020. He’s still missing and my son is having a terrible time without him. Riley the dog helps my son when his Tourette syndrome is out of control and when his anxiety is high. Thanks a lot for crappy products. We can and have replaced products/collars but there’s no way we can replace his dog! If you love and value your dog do NOT but PetSafe products!

We bought this system about 2 months ago. Dog learned the system quickly and it works great until..... Our dog figured it out. She will run through the shock zone and be free very quickly. Even after turning the shock to the max, having a tight collar, and she is very short haired, the shock only lasts for a second if your running through the shock zone. She has gotten out numerous times. Was really a waste of money. (And it’s not cheap)

Horrible products and even worse treatment from customer "service"!!!!
Bought an electric fence and an extra collar..none of it worked and we were promised a replacement device within a few days. It never arrived, so after a while, we emailed them and were told, due to technical issues, bla bla bla and that we can expect a package within 10 days business days.
Another 6 weeks later, we're still waiting.
Not to recommend at all!!!! There are better products out there and also to a better price!

Bought a Zoom Rotating Laser Cat Toy, got it home and the rotating head was making a loud plastic on plastic screech and had trouble turning. Returned and exchanged for the Bold Laser light. Used it 3 times that night then the next morning the laser stopped working. The head still spun but the light did not work. Emailed customer service July 13th, didn't hear back for 2 days. When they finally responded they asked for some extra info. I responded right away and have not heard back for 4 days. I send two follow up emails and got no response. UPDATE: it has now been 21 days since my last response from PetSafe. I have not had any resolution, advice or backing of their product. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company produces cheap products and has absolutly no customer service. STAY AWAY

Horrible buying experience. I purchased a Litter Hood and it arrived completely broken. As if someone snapped it and sent it to me. Customer service is basically useless and they make you write a manuscript just to return and pay for all shipping and handling charges. Will never purchase again. BUYER BEWARE

I’ve used customer service a couple of times as I have two collars for my dogs. Excellent service both times, replaced collar, and just had to pay postage for a new remote that had stopped responding to the collar. Can’t fault them.

I recently purchased a dog ramp. It didn't work for me so I told them I didn't want it. So customer service told me it was still under warranty so she told me to send it back and I would have to pay for return shipping costs. So it costed $88 to send it back. The ramp costed $150. So another guy said the lady was confused and he would definitely repay the shipping costs. He said I could expect the check in the mail no later than 12 days. After 21 days I still haven't received anything. So then he said there was more confusion and they would send a check one week from today. That's going to make it more than a month before I get the return. I'm unemployed due to the virus and really need the money. Their costumer service is lying to me and aren't concerned about anything but their own money making schemes. Don't buy from them !

I have two dogs who occasionally during play need separating, Having read the product description I purchased "PetSafe SprayShield Animal Deterrent Spray"
I felt this would be an ideal - HUMANE way of separating them with a STRONG citronella odor ( and I know Citronella is not CITRUS - Use oil of citronella on Horse Halters to keep flies from their eyes). Days after purchasing it I had to use a it - ABSOLUTELY USELESS - why ? because the alleged strong smell of citronella is MUCH weaker than the smell of lemons in lemon marmalade. Messaged the manufacturers in the belief they would rather refund me and have the product sent back to them as a safety issue ( after all it's being sold to protect humans from being attacked by dogs) - Were they interested NO!

MY ADVICE TO Y O U
Do not purchase this product, it does not match description, it does not deter dogs, the company is not bothered about the safety of people reliant on this product to protect themselves or children from attack as they did not want it returned to them for examination

This company is excellent. Their customer service is wonderful, I was having trouble with one of their products not working. They are sending out a BRAND NEW UNIT TO ME. I didn't have to argue or scream, they handled everything right away. Other companies should be so lucky to have customer service people working for them like PetSafe. In this time, when meanness and rudeness can get you a reality show, it nice to know that their is still people out there who care

To be honest I haven’t even used my product yet because I paid $110 for it and it DIDN'T COME WITH A BATTERY! Are you kidding me? I did a curbside pick up and didn’t realize it until I got home. To make matters worse it requires a 9V battery which I sure don’t have at home. I would expect this for a $20 dollar purchase, but for this price you think you should throw in a gosh darn battery.

The contact point for charging my dog's static collar broke off. I called the customer service number and within 5 minutes there was another collar on the way. Thank you!

I have a Pet safe simple automatic feeder bought on Amazon.co.uk in Sept 2017 for £97, now costs £113. The unit has a warranty of two years. It worked fine until I had problems with electricity in January 2020, and I concluded that a small electrical plate/board became faulty so has to be changed. The company informed me today they do not offer any parts to sell. I am rather upset, not so much that I need to buy another unit, but the very fact that a perfectly good plastic unit needs to be thrown away. This is, in 2020, not acceptable environmentally! I need to buy the whole unit, so I have a very small electric plate in working order. Truly bad. I would be willing to pay the cost of the new unit just for an electrical board... The plastic is black so hardly recyclable.
I also note that they do not read their customers reviews on Trust pilot....they have no chance of improving their products.

Horrible place , they have no respect for animals. I paid for a product that I needed urgently for my kittens, I even paid priority delivery, to have them lie to me about my delivery , despite number of email exchange , they took my money and never delivered the product!! they are blaming royal mail although they also haven't received the product and the tracking number is not recognised, I am now having to travel without the product "digital pet feeder" over 100 pounds. awful customer service, and misleading.

Wonderful customer service. They really listen and will go out of their way to make it right. And they won't quit trying to fix it until you are happy. Have complete confidence in this brand. It's rare to find a company that admits when it's wrong and tries to fix it. Well done Petsafe! Love Maggie in the CS dept as well.

Avoid for your sake and your pet!!!. Products don't last more than 2 years. Seems that after 2 years the problem starts. My first one (still on warranties) would suddenly stop connection to the collar microchip -(all with new batteries)- I only notices that as my kitties was trying to get to house and after that she lost 2 claws!! - Could not fixed with their support - they send new one.
2 years down the line , replacement stopped working, It started consuming batteries on daily basis. I've sent several mails about it, but I feel I'm getting nowhere, because every time they respond, they give me the same answer in different words. I decided to start looking if there is a cat flap that is plugged in somewhere instead of batteries. Will see if customer rights gov can assist me.
At the moment i have to use manual and i keep having visitors which put my kitty in stress.

I'm a French customer from Québec, Canada. I have broken a ceramic part of my dogs water fountain after about 6 to 8 months of use. I called customers support to buy a replacement. The agent called a translator to ease the call. Both were amazingly kind and efficient. Because the part weren't available for buying, the agent have offered me a whole new fountain for free, paid shipping included. Totally impressed was my feeling. Thanks for the service!

I am a long-time Petsafe customer. Their air collar products are superb and their customer service is second to none. They have given me advice and support which is superb. Think "beyond John Lewis" for the type of customer support and you will have some idea of how great they are. Durable reliable products backed up by great people, and " no" I do not work there!
