My issue is in trying to return the product. Three days and no response to my emails. Called the number and after a minute it says to leave a message and someone will get back to you. Hasn't happened. The eye firm works. I havent used the face firm. I don't like the white film it leaves but it's fine for behind my glasses. These people talking about Instagram, etc have probably received fake products. The West Month on Tik Tok is a scam but if you pay attention they don't have the same product name, period.

Its amazing. I got it from my daugter for Bday and I love it. Please be aware of fake products. I have just purchased few on eBay and they all fake. Its just like a moisturiser. I have approached ebay and they block the seller. So if you buy it cheap and doesn't work its fake. Seal should be white and hard to undo. If seal is silver you have been scammed.

I would give the pore tightening cream a zero star if I could! This cream is useless and DOES NOT stand up to any transformational claims it makes! Don’t waste your money on this rubbish!

Bought this product on line, SCAM! Received a different product, WEST MONTH. Do not buy.

Complete waste of money..Did absolutely nothing..No tingling,no tightening and no change at all..I found the claims are false and feel I was tricked into giving them my money..My advice is to not buy this product..

Scam. Looked throught the comments on their Instagram ad, they have paid or bribed people to post the same exact comments over & over about the product, what a joke!!

Don't waste your money on this scam

If their product is REALLY not a scam they can send me a tester and ile change this review if it's actually decent, but of course they won't because we know it's not

Was so excited about trying this product. It did absolutely nothing. I did not feel any tingle or tightening because it did not do anything. Felt greasy. Disgusted and truly disappointed. More money down the drain. Thanks a lot Peter Thomas Roth you got my money for nothing! 07/26/2024

Thought it would try the primer and it’s insanely good not a wrinkle on my old face absolutely delighted with this magic cream

The advertising campaign is pretty convincing for the tightening eye cream and I totally fell for it. I am 61 with fine lines and wrinkles and it does not work.. Dries skin and leaves it white. Save your money

The hydra-drench moisturizer is my absolute fav product to use! It keeps my skin fresh and looking virbrant especially during the season changes! Great packaging as well.

Supposed to see it work strait away ? Waste of $56. Used it every day for 6 weeks.....nothing

Peter Thomas Roth's instant eye firmer VIRKER, - lige nøjagtig så godt, som jeg så det på de små film på nettet. Problemet er nogle gange tror jeg, at folk får en kopi i stedet for originalen, som de kalder Cëlyn og den virker altså IKKE.

Absolute rubbish, does not tighten the skin whatsoever, just leaves residue white flakes on the skin. The videos of peoples skin being transformed in minutes is obviously fake. Don't waste your money a complete SCAM.

I don't understand where so many good reviews come from. Instant firm eye tightener… I don't see any effect at all…. sorry I fell for the ad…

Tried product 3 times didn't do anything at all. Waste of money

I'm terribly disappointed in this product it doesn't tighten the skin as it claims just leaves dry residue. Won't be using it again
