I bought the Instant Firm product..I thought the description sounded promising.
I've used all the ways the instructions stated and I've got this to say...doesn't work,waste of money and how can the makers make these false claims about their products and still sell them? Not a happy bunny

What a scam!! Don’t buy it!!
All it does is make your eyes worse.

Leaves white chalk on your lower eye area no matter how little you might use.
The first 10 times I used it it seemed to work.
Now it's just useless.
I even took the time to squeeze a quantity out and discard so I could use some of the product that was not near the spout. Still the same thing.

Not very good IMHO.

I bought this shite and nothing happened except it left white flakes above my eye bags 😂🤣 waste of money . I tried it to my friend who had bigger eyebags than I do and it left us laughing wildly 😂🤣

I purchased Peter Thomas Roth Firmx and was sent Ouhoe instant eye firm, I have tried but with no response to contact Dermalabs for them to correct their mistake.

I have used the under eye tightening cream and it was absolutely useless, it did not work at all and I was so very disappointed. The product was a Christmas gift from my daughter, her money totally wasted!! I’ve used another make for many years and it’s definitely 1000 times so much better.

You cannot add anything over this product without its effect disappearing.
Despite the many many claims that you can it’s impossible.
Moisturiser reverses it, foundation goes clumpy and reverses it too.
Worthless nonsense just as all its predecessors.

Brought at Christmas does nothing RUBBISH

This vendor also sent me the incorrect item and when I emailed and they responded with a crap excuse when I try to reply all of my emails bounce back, they have blocked me so I cannot get a refund. This company needs to be sued and I will be taking this further

Super scammy - they sent me a completely different product and refused to answer my emails beyond one telling me it was a rebrand. When I asked to return the product as it was not what I ordered (Peter Thomas Roth Face Firmer vs the Ouhoe Instant Eye Lift that they sent) and for my money to be refunded they ignored all emails despite the 30 day money back guarantee they offered on their Derma Labs website. The product they sent me is directly off Ali Express and I am not interested in it. Very unhappy - don't waste your money.

Deze crème staat op de Ali express site voor 8,29 euro.
Bizar. Google eerst trustpilot voordat je dit soort crèmes besteld !!!

Bought this product for my mum for Christmas after seeing a lot of online promotion via Instagram and she tells me it is rubbish. It doesn't do anything at all.

No idea why people are saying the firmx eye cream doesn't work.I recieved mine today and what a difference I'm 100% never going without product this again

This is a waste of money, you can't apply make-up over top, as it becomes dry and flaky. Everyone has said, it just makes your under eye look dry. It's horrible feeling on the skin. Don't waste your money ladies, so not worth it. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I placed an order that was mistakingly returned to sender and I have left 4 messages and sent 3 emails trying to get assistance. I have not received any response. This was a Christmas gift and now I won't get it in time and my money has not been refunded.

Purchased the FIRMx Bounce stick in sheer glow. It does not work as advertised. I will never spend money with this company again.
