Great company with good pricing …
Great company with the good advise however I do think the time it takes to answer calls could be approved as well as the delivery timescales - placed an item order over 48 hours ago and paid for express delivery still no email to advise of despatch……

During periods of high call volumes, we offer a call-back option, allowing you to request a member of our Customer Care Team to return your call at a more convenient time.

Some of us prefer a telephone connection - not all of us are trained to be IT inhalers.
If speaking by landline it takes 15 mins or more for a person to speak after listening to the worst "jingle" I have ever heard - tinny, deadening etc.....................
Plus the voice interrupting "jingle" might be better sounding less patronising as though speaking to a nursery class.
Finally spoke to a young, intelligent student who made sure my request was acknowledged a.s.a.p. I think her name was Jemma ? not sure but perfect phone attitude and mannerly.

A complete mess up with medication
A complete mess up with medication. Almost impossible to actually speak to someone as everything is done by email. Eventually I did speak on phone and things were sorted out but not a easy process at all. Made worse by replies to emails can take up to 48 hrs and handled by different people. Continuity is what's needed in these situations.

Apoquel less expensive
Less expensive (to order) Apoquel, but more complicated procedure, having to obtain and pay for a prescription first from vets, photograph and send it to Petdrugsonline, then phone and pay Petdrugsonline.
