Current concerns
1. Products I used to order are not available for a few montbs now. Not sure if discontinued or what could be the cause of unavailabilities?
2. The published discount code is not clear why it's not applicable when applied to the purchased items?

I have been using Perricone products…
I have been using Perricone products for over 6 years, I am 64 and people comment on my face, they don't believe my age, most think I am late 40's. I have my family members buying Perricone products. One day in Ulta beauty store, I convinced a customer to buy several Perricone products.

The products are high quality and designed for all skin types but especially mature skin. Makeup is great and natural looking. Website is easy to navigate and many products are HSA eligible.

Issues placing order.
I received an email after placing my order. Perricone MD stated there was an issue processing my payment. My bank put a fraud alert on the purchase which I resolved. I followed the email from MD Perricone and the order number the email referenced does not match my order number and I can’t resolve the issue on the Perricone website under my account orders. I then engaged in the chat option and was told there was an issue with the chat system and to try again in 30 minutes. It’s frustrating and is a deterrent to using the online system.
