Promo code misleading
I was going to buy more but their promo code is misleading. They have a buy 1 get 1 promo code listed below the cold plasma lip balms. I places 2 in cart and added code and their site said they weren’t eligible….???? Don’t put the promo code on the product page of items not included…. I used the Bradsdeal code instead for a serum and didn’t buy the balm.

For one thing don’t charge extra for a two day delivery then take two days to even process the order. And on live chats it would be great if you could at least answer the question instead of putting up another set of options to chose from

Be Aware of Billing Issues
I really liked the product I ordered. So much so that I signed up for a subscription to receive the toner 4 times a year. They didn’t send me any product after my initial order then randomly charged me double the price 6 months later. They sent me one product, and when I inquired why they charged me for 2 when I only receive one, they couldn’t answer and told me that they would escalate the issue and to expect an answer in 2-3 days. I never received one and reached out again to receive another vague response. I cancelled my subscription due to the billing issues which is a shame because I liked the product. Please increase your customer service abilities as I will unfortunately not trust this company in the future.

Hands-down the BEST skin care line!
Hands-down, the best skin care products I’ve ever used. I have a 5-step routine and love every step. If I had to choose 2 of my absolute favorite, it would have to be the deep crease serum and the neuropeptides cleansing balm!
