Its gone downhill since being acquired by THG
I love the product, so I thought let me give it one last try to order again, but it feels impossible for them to get things right under the new ownership. Its not even worth bringing the issue to customer service either. Customer service will take the time to reply to a negative review on trustpilot for appearance sake, but then do nothing. In the case of my most recent order, I received an email that my order shipped, but only received one item. Apparently there was an issue with my payment, which is unusual because it's a card I use all the time that does not expire until 2028 and perricone was successfully able to charge the first half of the order on it without issue. There is no reason the whole amount would not have gone through if it was processed at once. It seems like for some reason they tried to split the order. The most frustrating part is the apparent issue with payment was buried in an email titled your order with perricone md. I didnt even open it bc I had seen the tracking that my order shipped and was quite surprised when only one item arrived and there was no packing slip in the box at all to indicate why it was only a partial order or what should have been shipped. I logged into my account to see the order and it says both items were dispatched. I had to search through the many emails they send to find the info buried in an email that looked like it was just confirming my order. At minimum include issue with payment on your order in the email subject line so its clear something is wrong. The email also says to log into your account to resolve the issue with payment but when I log into my account I see no way to resolve it, just that the status of the items in my order say dispatched. Its exhausting just trying to order from them. This is not the first issue so I already know it will not be worth my time to try and resolve it. Its time to find another face lotion.

I am extremely disappointed with my order
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.
I ordered three creams as a gift and was shocked to discover that all of them have an expiry date only two months away. Sending skincare products with such a short shelf life is completely unacceptable.
What is even more disappointing is the response from customer service. I was informed that the company considers this acceptable and believes there is nothing wrong with sending products that expire in just two months. Apparently, this is considered “normal” practice.
I cannot understand how any company that values its customers would think it is acceptable to sell cosmetics with such limited usability without clearly informing buyers before purchase. Had I known this in advance, I would never have placed the order.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the brand. I would strongly encourage potential customers to think twice before ordering, particularly if you are purchasing products as gifts. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and products with a reasonable shelf life—not items that are practically at the end of their usability.
Very disappointing experience from both the company and its customer service.
