The cust service on chat was so bad…
The customer service on chat was so bad. The person didn't read my question and kept answering the wrong question. It took an hour and 30 minutes!! I finally asked to speak to a supervisor (line manager) and she at least read my question but still couldn't help me and just offered me $5 for my time. At this point I had been on chat with them from 11:15am to 12:46pm!! Terrible customer service and then at the end she asked if I would fill out an evaluation and then promptly disconnected me from the chat. I tried to copy and paste the chat here because it had their names but it wouldn't let me do it so you'll probably never see the chat. The Line manager at the very end offered me $10 toward my account but we'll see if I ever get that. I am amazed in this day and age that customer service could be so bad when companies are going out of business all over the place and the inability to send a new (correct invoice) could be such a problem when computers can do anything now. In the beginning of the chat the person who was "helping me" was very snarky and disrespectful. I was weird because I wasn't even mad but just worried that the chat would disconnect because they were taking so long to reply to me. I just asked in the very beginning if I could be disconnected. Because during the chat, it actually pops up like," hey, if you're not paying attention this chat will end in 5 minutes." It had been much longer than 5 minutes every time the person got back to me and then didn't even read my question and answered something that wasn't even a concern avoiding the actual question SEVERAL times. This was an extremely frustrating experience and doesn't bode well for Perricone. I doubt anyone will read this but I have my own company and we pay attention to our client's opinions and needs.

Please don't discontinue this serum!!!!I've been using their serum called HIGH…
I've been using their serum called HIGH POTENCY CLASSICS FACE FIRMING SERUM. it used to be called Face FIRMING Activator. They've changed the name a couple of times but now they've discontinued it COMPLETELY and I'm SO DISTRAUGHT. it's the only skin treatment I've used besides the C and E and FERULIC ACID serum that my dermatologist recommended. I'm 75 and people REGULARLY think I'm in my fifties! I get compliments on my skin almost daily! Why would Perricone discontinue something so effective? I'm in shock!
