I won’t use anyone else now having just experienced the worst experience dealing with another online perfume shop who turned out to be Australian based despite having a NZ web address. They couldn’t provide the item despite advertising it. It took me weeks and weeks to get my money back. I only went there because I couldn’t find the fragrance anywhere else. Never again.

I recently purchased this perfume from your website as I have been using the same fragrance for several years. Unfortunately, after trying it, I immediately noticed that the scent does not last like the original and the fragrance smells noticeably different. The overall quality is very disappointing.
I paid a significant amount for the 50 mL, so I expected to receive an authentic product. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I am not satisfied with my purchase.

Good product IF you receive it. I've been waiting for several months with no delivery and the response team are painfully slow and unhelpful (again IF they even respond). They've had loads of time and opportunity to take action, but still none.
