Penwizard Arvostelua

My order has been lost in the mail. I have contacted Pen Wizard and haven't received any reply. I have contacted the courier who did reply but was not helpful at all. This was a Christmas present for my son. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Pen Wizard.

beautiful.personalised books our great grandchildren will cherish forever.

The book is great, just like the preview. The cartoon character of my grandson is beyond cute, thank you

This is a great book. Well made.

Quick and easy ordering and efficient delivery

Story not personal enough excludes siblings, friends, cousins.

Disappointed with cover should be hard cover especially for young kids.

I got a quick response to my order and it was printed 100% accurately!

Easy transaction and fast delivery.

I am so pleased with the personalized book! I cannot wait to give it to my daughter for Christmas. The graphics are great, the story is clever, and the shopping experience was so easy. I was amazed how quickly the book arrived! Definitely would recommend to anyone

My grandson loves the book he was so excited to see his name on the book and find his little figure

I ordered a ninjago book for my son's birthday. It was delivered and I put it aside. A few days ago I decided to skim through it and realized it was the correct cover but on a completely different book. I contacted them immediately and though they were willing to correct the mistake, the replacement book will not arrive on time.

What a fantastic present ready for Christmas

Easy to use website. Efficient and quick delivery. Actual book delightful.

Not the quality expected…. Cheap

Beautiful books, nicely personalised, very much loved by my grandchildren each year!

Great service, easy to customise and order, fast delivery, good quality product, would order again

The books were shipped fast and had the characters were designed just as we wanted.

Book looks amazing, arrived very quickly

I ordered book for my grandson Tucker Warner, and his last name was misspelled, I tried to correct it within minutes, but got no answer from you. Then I emailed your company 2 times to ask for help correcting his last name, and never got an answer back. We received book with 10 days, but it looks terrible with name wrong Warne, he noticed it right away, I felt so bad, I paid alot of money for incorrect name.

Plus - The configuring and ordering of the book was good
Minus - We ordered three books and when they came, two of them were correct and one was not ours (wrong name and book)
Plus - When I emailed, they quickly got me the correct book (faster than normal)
Minus - The books both times came in a small folder. The last book had two good size creases in it. Maybe use something better to send the books. They did offer to replace the last book.
