We are so pleased with the quality of our new home on the inside and out. The development looks great and a lot of thought has gone into the design of each plot.

The sales team were fantastic from start to finish. Jackie, Judith, and Sina were all lovely to talk to and helped make the daunting process of buying a new build easier.

The after care was just as good. Malcolm, Rafal and their team looked after us and made sure that any snags we had, which wasn't many and is typical of a new build, were resolved.

Even the builders are a friendly bunch and park their vehicles considerately.

I'm trying to convince my friends and family to move into the new phase they're building!!

Fantastic job Pennyfarthing Homes! They have proven to me that there are good new build developers out there despite all the bad press caused by others.

The thing that sets Pennyfarthing apart from other house builders is their customer care service. Our house has had its fair share of issues, but all have been resolved quickly and to a high standard - Matt from the Customer Care Team is especially worthy of praise, he’s been nothing short of outstanding throughout. Matt is always a friendly face, he finds solutions to issues promptly and the quality of his work is exceptional.

Love my new home. Was a bit of a delay moving in but was kept informed of progress. Sales team were lovely. There were some snags, many of which could easily have been avoided with a bit more care and attention. Having said that Malcolm and the customer care team have sorted out any problems.

Fantastic service as ever.We trust them implicitly.Everything done to high standards.We felt that Pennyfarthing wanted what was best for us the customer.We are very pleased that we chose them to buy a new flat.The staff are very efficient and helpful.They were very supportive and have given proper guidance in each and every step.A totally professional team who deliver a top class service. I am happy with the experience I have received from Pennyfarthing homes. The communication from the sales office has been excellent and I am particularly happy with the overall finish of the property. Also the aftercare from Malcolm and Raf has been good. All initial snags have been attended to and completed to my satisfaction.

Have been dealing with the after care service part of Pennyfarthing and they have been brilliant. Matt has been superb, nothing is too much trouble and everything is fixed quickly and to the highest standard. Very professional and friendly.

Really good and efficient- help with any issues big or small.
Malcom and rafal seem to want to make sure everyone is happy with the service and take a lot of pride in their work we called up with a slight issue and someone was here within an hour and the problem was solved :)

Matt Hayworth from the customer care team is an absolute credit to the Penny Farthing team. No job has ever been too much for him, and he’s always gone above and beyond with every job he’s done for us. He is not only a really friendly guy but extremely professional and knowledgeable at his job, he literally has the answer to everything, no job is too much and he does everything with a smile! It is very clear how good he is at his job and he deserves all the praise he gets. Would like to add all of the above is the same for Chris from customer care team, communication was always very clear with all the jobs and they were both an absolute pleasure to have in our homes and a real credit to the team at PennyFarthing!!
