Peddler Arvostelua 

In 2024 een slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. Uitstel en bijna afstel. Nu 2025 bij Aliexpress is mijn bestelling na 1 dagje uitstel (netjes en tijdig bericht) keurig bezorgd. Fair is fair: dit keer prima geregeld. Dus probeer dit vast te houden Peddler.

Poor service. They left my package at the entrance of the building when I was not home and someone stole it. In the delivery notification they wrote that I signed for the delivery and accepted it WHEN IT NEVER HAPPENED. Liars! Do not leave your orders in the hands of these lazy and bad delivery service.

Slechte ervaring voor de eerste keer,
Pakket ligt bij peddler maar wordt volgens mij nooit bezorgt, vraag me af wat ze met die bestellingen doen.

"Kan geleverd worden tussen 09:00 en 21:00". Wat zijn dit voor tijden? Je hele dag is direct naar de gallemiese, omdat je thuis gekluisterd moet zitten wachten.
Krijg ik doodleuk een update dat mijn levering mislukt is... terwijl ik thuis was!
Nog het lef hebben om zelf de nieuwe afleverdatum te bepalen.
Peddler heeft ook een onzichtbare klantenservice... slechts een emailadres.

Wat ken mij die slogan over duurzaamheid nou schelen. Ik moet me troep hebben. Wat mij betreft ken Peddler een eind heen fietsen. Wat een puinbende daar.

27-08-2025 kreeg ik bericht dat mijn ondergetekende (!!!) pakket in de brievenbus is geleverd - dus niet.
De mail die ik heb verstuurd is nog onbeantwoord.
Zelfs 1 ster is te veel voor zo een bedrijf!!!

1 ster omdat lager niet mogelijk is.

Tijdsbestek voor aflevering 9u tot 21u.

Ben je wel thuis wordt niet eens aangebelt maar bij een random kapper afgeleverd.

Altijd wat met deze mensen.

Waardeloze bezorgdienst die pakketten laat verdwijnen, dagen achtereen levering uitstelt, onbereikbaar is en geen ondersteuning biedt. Schandelijke vertoning, waardeloze service, nutteloos bedrijf. Mijden als terminale ziekte tenzij je klanten permanent kwijt wil.

Peddler is used by aliexpress, cheap and impossible. Don't wait for them the whole day, because they will deliver tomorrow. No pick-up point, no time-frame, no communication. This was the last order with aliexpress if i can't exclude Peddler.

Ze zeggen dat ze 3 keer langs geweest zijn en dat de buren niet thuis waren,mijn buren zijn altijd thuis!heb hun per email een ander afleveradres doorgegeven,nu zeggen wordt niet meer bezorgd na 3 keer niet thuis?wat een K U T bedrijf!

eerste bestelling is sinds 7 juli zoek, en voor een oplossing wordt niet gezorgd. vandaag zou een nieuwe bestelling bezorgd worden, daar mijn vrouw alzheimer heeft zijn we altijd thuis doch de bezorger vond niemand thuis aan. het is een grote schijtzooi bij peddler geen contact telefonisch mee te krijgen en per email ho maar

Pakket kon niet bezorgd worden, geen idee waarom want ik was thuis. Het zou de dag erna bezorgd worden op 6 augustus. Nooit gekregen. Contact zoeken dan maar. Ze zijn mijn pakket kwijt zeggen ze en hebben daarna niet meer op mijn mails gereageerd…

Peddler is not a legit company. I was home when they said they delivered the package, but nobody rang the doorbell, also not with ny neighbours. When telling them I didn’t receive anything they said the system says they did, and that was the end of it.
Avoid at all cost!!!

I honestly do not even know where to start with Peddler. I ordered online and the retailer decided to use them for delivery. From start to finish it has been a complete disaster. I clearly told them I would not be home and tried to arrange an alternative delivery location or time, but they attempted to deliver my package three times anyway, completely ignoring what I told them. No call, no email, no message. Nothing.

After ignoring all my attempts to communicate, they just returned my package without a word. No explanation, no warning, nothing. I emailed them multiple times as they promised, and of course, they never responded. Trying to get any help feels impossible because they act like customer requests do not exist.

This is not just bad service, it is reckless and unprofessional. They clearly have zero interest in actually delivering packages safely or keeping customers informed. I had no control over this company being chosen for my delivery, yet I ended up paying the price for their incompetence.

If you care about your packages, your time, or just basic common sense, avoid Peddler. They fail at the most basic parts of their job. Listening, communicating, and delivering are clearly not a priority. I cannot stress enough how frustrating this has been.

Pakket niet geleverd. Melding klant niet thuis en buren ook niet. Klant echter wel thuis en buren ook.

3x proberen af te leveren bij een kantoor buiten kantoortijd, en daarna terug naar afzender. Wat een giller

Abah wat een verschrikkelijke bedrijf zeg!
Altijd hetzelfde mailtje na een dag voor niks wachten pfff.

Vanwege onvoorziene omstandigheden konden we uw pakket niet bezorgen en hebben we een nieuwe bezorging gepland.
Vanwege onvoorziene omstandigheden moeten we u helaas mededelen dat de bezorging van uw pakket is vertraagd. We hebben uw bezorging al ingepland voor de eerstvolgende beschikbare bezorgtijd. Onze excuses voor het ongemak en we stellen uw geduld op prijs. U ontvangt een update zodra het pakket opnieuw wordt bezorgd.

Peddler should stop operating delivering packages.

'Bad' is even a too soft term, Peddler is one of the worst courier companies in the Netherlands.

AVOID by all means. If you have something being delivered by them expect to lose your package or have it returned by them to the source.

First of all if I could write this review with a ZERO star would be the best option, but now I have to lie with 1 star to wright this review.
PLEASE IF POSSIBLE DO NOT USE PEDDLER.
They don’t give any options to choose from
They don’t alert you in time that they are going to deliver.
They just throw your package in the hall way or leave it in front of your door unattended. Your package is doomed to be stolen if you are at work.
I have gone from less buying on Aliexpress and Temu to not ordering anymore from these two companies.
Nothing against their products but they lie to you about delivering with Postnl and after you pay you will see it is one of these companies is going to deliver, but you will never know when.

Suddenly received an email on tuesday like 4pm that they would deliver before 9pm. I was at work, so didn't make it.
Then they would deliver wednesday 09:00 AM to 21:00 PM. Twelve hour window. The package was not delivered.
Then they would come Thursday. 09:00-21:00. Again, no package.
Then they would come Friday. Same story.
Right now they say they will come Saturday... we shall see.

Insane they expect me to just stay home 4 days for 12h at a time. No work, no grocery shop... nothing.
Horrible delivery. No communication. Bad customer service.

False claims and accusations that I am not home. Three days in a row and I haven't received my orders.
