This review is about my second purchase from PearlsOnly, where I purchased two pearl bracelets, white and black (to match black pearl necklace as first purchase), together with a black pearl ring. I was very please with the quality of the pearls, the uniform roundness of pearls and overall quality. The gifts I selected were matching earrings which complete my set. Very pleased with purchases and will buy again.

Ordered these 2 weeks ago
needed for my daughter's wedding emailed and called them !!!!!!!! nothing I am still waiting for them. Going into the third week

DO NOT BUY from them,

I bought from them and had so many issues with them, in no particular order;

- completely asymmetrical pearls (like it was put together by a child)
- poor colour/hue of the pearls
- poor customer service
- delayed delivery, with no updates and poor service when chasing down delivery
- tried to charge a return fee despite saying free returns as they claimed it was a restocking fee (not legal in the UK in any case)
- really rude customer service and complaints procedure and they told me to get lost after me trying to get a full refund from them

and to be clear, i didn't purchase the cheapest ones, I paid for one of the most expensive sets on the website as it was a present for a 30th birthday

Ho acquistato sul sito pearlonly.it, non lo farò mai più! Ti fanno credere che la sede è a Venezia invece la merce parte dall Irlanda, dal 16/12/25 ad oggi 6/1/26 sono ancora in attesa del mio ordine, il pacco è rimasto settimane fermo all'estero e poi ancora fermo 10 gg in italia chissà dove visto che il tracciamento che mi hanno dato è FASULLO e non porta a nulla. Chissà cosa arriverà poi visti questi presupposti. Sono passati 22 giorni ed ancora niente,

Ordered 12/12/25, notification from Parcelforce that they are expecting the item for next day delivery on 16/12. Still no sign on 23/12. As others have said - seem to pretend to be local with fast delivery, but just dropship from China. No communication, 24/7 online chat never on, phone unanswered, Don't waste your time, try a genuine company instead. No idea what the pearls are like as have never received any. Definitely do not recommend at all.

Ordering was quick and easy. There was a delay in delivery, however, the waiting was certainly worth it. I purchased the double strand pearl choker AA quality. Some of the pearls are more oval than round but I like this about the choker, it adds a certain quirkiness. If I had purchased the AAAA, no doubt the pearls would have all been round and considerably more expensive. Since I like to wear my pearls most days, I find the the AA choker both beautiful and suitable for my needs. The pearls came well packaged. I'm very happy with my purchase and would certainly use this company again.

I have made several purchases of Pearl jewellery for my twin sister and myself for our birthday this year, the Pearls I have purchased were exceptional and without fault, I would recommend Pearls Only to everyone for that extra special gift for your loved one.

I have bought 2 sets of freshwater pearls from PearlsOnly - both as gifts. Each order arrived in good condition and timely - with tracking.
I was unsure at first after reading some of the reviews on here - however, after reading all the faqs on their website, I was satisfied. The freshwater pearls come from china, others from Japan. Makes sense they may be shipped from there. Buying direct without the middleman keeps prices low and a better handle on quality.
I am happy with the quality, the rating is great to know what you’re getting, and the price affordable. Yes, I am happy with the pearl earrings I received and will order again.

First time buyer, found the perfect pearl pendant for my girlfriend. Online purchase was easy, and quick. The prices are very good and reasonable. The item was shipped quickly, and it was exactly as advertised. Overall experience was great , will buy again soon.

Amazing quality and customer service

Pretended to be a USA company, but everything sends out of Beijing China. The pearl necklace that came was in extremely bad quality, somewhat like toy necklace. I believe they are real, but they are of extremely bad quality, doesn’t look as advertised photos. Anyway, I chose to return in, the process is super flawed. They sent me a return instruction to ship it back to a local address in Singapore. Then hours later, send me another email to ship it to Texas USA. I was appalled. Free returns means you will pay for returns. Returning locally is cheap enough I am able to tank the cost, but returning to a location across the globe and suffer $100 is trackable shipping, is uncalled for. Anyway i am not sure if I would get my money back, i hope no one buys from these idiots again.

I am meeting my perspective true love for the 1st time. As a token of my love, I want to give her a small gift of pearls. Peals only provided me the most beautiful lavender Pearl necklace, bracelet and ear rings for a great price. In addition, their bonus gifts were spectacular as well. I will never order from any other company again.

Die Halskette im Wert von 240€ wurde als Brief zugeschickt. Nie angekommen! Nachdem ich den Customer Service kontaktiert habe, wurde mir gesagt, es folgt eine Ersatzlieferung. Ich war nicht einverstanden, denn ich wollte die Kette verschenken und zu diesem Termin hätten sie nie geschafft anzuliefern. Die Ersatzlieferung angekommen, diese habe ich zurückgeschickt. Mein Geld habe ich nie wieder zurück bekommen, auch über PayPal habe ich es nicht geschafft. Auf meine E-mails bekomme ich jetzt auch keine Antwort.

My pearl earrings are beautiful and they were packed and presented with a little travel purse and material wipe.There was also information about pearls with an example of pearls that are not up to standard
They also came with a certificate appraisal.

We ordered a pearl set for our teen daughter for Christmas. I ordered a bit too close to Christmas, but they shipped immediately and gave regular updates. My fault for ordering too late.
They arrived quickly, well packed for safe delivery. The set itself is stunning! They're authentic pearls and beautiful!
They sent such thoughtful little additional gifts of care bags and even some additional earrings.
The bags are beautiful and good quality,the box for set was stunning as well.
Clasp and earrings posts are secure and good quality.
This company definitely pays attention to details of quality customer service and satisfaction.
I'll be placing additional orders.

I have a lot of pearl jewellery as it's my birthstone and I'm super impressed with Pearls Only. I honestly can't fault any of my experience. My ring is gorgeous, delivery time was really quick, price is amazing and service was excellent. I was even sent two little imperfect pearls to compare with the perfect one set in my ring. Will definitely buy more!

I've purchased black pearl earring from them. The earrings come with great quality, look great, and the size suits my preference. Anyway, I'm beyond impressed with the purchase because of everything that comes with the package. As far as I remember, I've received a care card, pouch, certificate, letter, small gifts, polishing cloth, and the product itself came in a beautiful package. Totally worth purchasing.

Please give this company a chance you wont regret it, I collect alot of gemstones and I wanted a pearl ring and I came across this website, I ordered a pearl ring then I read peoples reviews on here and from reading reviews people stated this company was a scam and was in America I thought "oh dear I wont get my order for weeks now" however this perception was truly wrong I recieved my order within days and the pearl ring is beautiful and I'm very picky with certain stones but I couldn't be happier with my purchase the pearl is a little lighter than the picture on the website but the pearl ring is stunning and along with my ring this company also sent me a insurance valuation so I can insure my ring immediately and I also recieved a lovely little bag to keep my pearl ring safe.The prices on this website are great value for all the items you receive especially when a insurance valuation is also included in the price because to purchase a insurance valuation separately you could be paying anything from £80 upwards so to have this included with your Pearl purchase also saves you
money. I just want to thank Pearl's only for such a stunning ring and a great buying experience people who think this website is a scam are missing out on lovely pearls I know I'm not missing out and I'm so glad I gave this company a chance and I will be ordering from this company again in the future. I have used PearlsOnly a few times now to purchase gifts for my wife as she loves Pearls. I have been very pleased with all of the Pearls I have purchased. The web site is easy to navigate and I have found it is safe and secure when making payments. I have been updated by email on my orders progress, and all purchases are tracked when posted and a signature is required upon delivery. Overall I have been extremely satisfied with PearlsOnly.
