This is a great service that I would recommend to anyone that needs it. Had some questions and called the customer service line and they were able to help me with everything.

The turnaround time to receive the letter was great, however the pet screening service questioned the fact that my pet wasn't considered "common", due to a technical definition by HUD, and asked for the ESA letter to speak to that specifically. I was not able to reach anyone for support with this matter, after receiving the letter, and ended up losing my deposit and moving on to a different landlord, as a result.

Life saver! Gail was there to help me right away. The entire experience was quick and easy.

I have been using PDS Center for years, they have always responded promptly and led me in the right direction. I am now working with them to renew my documents and have them fill out the additional forms required for the new property I'm moving to. Gail and I have emailed each other numerous times, and they are always very patient with me. Hopefully, they will get all the additional documents filled out for us so we can move forward in our process. I'll certainly be back to update my review if anything changes and to reassure those looking for a great place to trust with this critical process. Thank you to the team at PDS Center.

You guys really do work fast and the process was more simple than I imagined. I always thought there was a long very detailed process I had to go through. My only issue is my phone number and email seem to be in the wrong places, like my email is on the phone number blank and my phone number is on the email bank

Horrible experience. False advertising. Does not answer questions and is very sloppy in conduct. Sent me someone else’s forms with all their personal information on it and I can only imagine where they sent my actual paperwork

Need description of ESA in letter provided by the 3rd party doctor for both of my ESA PETS… I cannot have my ESA pet(s) without detailed description included that I provided when filling out and paying for the ESA form.. because of this I will lose the ability to keep both of my ESA’s …. I have emailed requesting this time sensitive information.

I received all documents in a timely manner, but my gender was wrong on all documents.I went back and checked and I put Mr. And male, but when I received the documents I was referred to as “her” and Ms. They quickly got back to me and updated the forms to be correct. Overall a very positive experience.

My letter arrived with too many typos to be a legal document. I was told it would be revised but have not received anything in 24 hours. It is now past 48 hours and I have yet to receive my documents. Was clearly auto filled, and was not proofread.

The people to attend me on line were very kind a helpful. Their answers were very clear.
