PDS Center Arvostelua 

PDS Center was originally recommended to me by a close friend in 2021. I have been using their services for a few years; I am truly so glad and thankful! The process is easy to navigate, the service is always fast, and I feel seen and validated. The letters are very detailed and signed by licensed professionals. This is definitely a need for me since I plan to keep up with my own mental health/ wellbeing treatment. Thank you PDS for making mine and my pet's life better!

Poor assistance, more than a month to correct a document that they send it with the wrong information.

First they took longer than 12 hours. I emailed and called, left a voicemail and nobody ever got back to me. When I finally received my letter for 3 dogs, it was only one letter and the pronouns on my letter are currently wrong. I paid $300 and we’re now going on day 2 and nobody is responding back to me to fix my letter.

Not happy at all this time around.
The online form that I had to fill out for our new dog did not go thru no matter what I tried.
27 attempts later, it still tells me it didn’t work and to try again later…
Our lease renewal is due and I tried to contact PDS Center twice via email, twice via chat and once thru phone. No luck getting to talk to a person over 3 days.
I even bought two separate items, one whole new registration, even though I was already in the system and one renewal to try to get the form to go thru.
Now I had to go to a different website to get a PDS letter with a new company.
Because I know the card that I also ordered with PDS Center would not have the right pet info on it.
I’m super stressed and disappointed.
I’m going to ask for a full refund, since I had to pay double with PDS Center to try to get somewhere , and then again with another company.
This is not ok, especially for people who struggle already.
Guys don’t make our life even harder, PLEASE!!!

The address is completely wrong… it’s 1515 Benton Boulevard #1613, Savannah GA… 31407…. You printed to my OLD address and my account address had been undated… useless unless you correct NOW

They’ve been professional, legitimate & very helpful throughout the process. My ESA genuinely helps with my anxiety, & services like this make it possible for people like me to get the documentation we need. First of ALL I want to thank the whole PDS team including doctors , customer service representatives for providing such a professional alternative for myself to be able to open up to my situation to obtain the ESA letter and renewing it since 2023. Also for helping me with the process in getting approved through Pet Screening. PDS made the process very easy and confidential , they responded to my email right away and if I needed anything they would provide it for me quicky. I am completely satisfied and I would recommend PDS Center to anyone who want a professional doctor that can make the transition smooth as possible. I would rate 10 stars if it was available.

Perfect service every time!

All my letters refer to me as “her”, even though my name is clearly “Mr. St****** P**** Jr.”
This looks terribly suspect.
**UPDATE**
I submitted my initial review before I gave PDS Center a chance to make a simple correction. I am leaving it as shown for full transparency.
This was corrected less than 8 hours later and I now have the correct gender verbiage in my letters. Also, I just received notice that Betty’s ID Card and hard copy letters have been shipped. I am completely satisfied now. This is the second PSA kit that I have ordered with PDS Center in the last 6 years, and will certainly return in the future if the need arises.
Highly recommended.

The letter said him instead of her and I need it for two animals not one.

The pronouns for Mr. George Prevosti were supposed to be he/him, not she/her. This needs to be corrected.
