Do NOT use this site. Their “Doctors” are not even familiar with all the laws regarding ESA and Service animals. I paid almost $200 for complete crap. the 30 minute Letter guarantee was not honored, I received my letter 2 days later after attempting to reach out to support. They then used the incorrect pronouns in the letter which I had to write a whole review about for them to fix as their Customer support is virtually non existent. After receiving my second letter, my new landlords pointed out many discrepancies in the letter which they were right about. They state in the letter that ESA animals cannot be denied in temporary housing (hotels, motels etc.) nor charged, which is incorrect. That only applies to service animals. Their Airline letter is also complete crap as DOT no longer requires airlines to allow ESA animals to fly for free inside the cabin. I now have to submit a new letter through their ATTORNEY, because of this fake letter. Very unprofessional and un knowledgeable.

I was really nervous about getting an ESA letter online but PDS Center was awesome - it was a very easy and quick process! I completed a short form then received my letter within an hour. The letter has been accepted by my apartment complex.

PDS has really great customer service Manuel was great! They only issue is I had to keep following up with forms that I needed filled out but I did receive them within a week.

My leasing company did not accept these documents for my emotional support pup. I am disappointed and now am faced with trying to find a new location to reside. The documents got here quickly but were not sufficient enough for what the leasing company was looking for.

I didn't receive my ID cards for my dogs that I paid for. I ordered a few weeks ago. Said it would take 3-5 business days to come and it just says shipped but no tracking number was given to see where it is. I tried to get in contact with anyone to discuss this matter but I can't get through to anyone. But other than that I did receive my paperwork on time and they helped me with that. Hopefully someone reaches out soon or I get my cards, where ever they are.

I received the ESA letter, but it did not have my physical address on it. It had my post office box which when I filled out the information I put my physical address. I reached out to customer service two days ago still no answer still not fixed.

I am a male and in the paper it’s starts as Mr Lobrie but then you start calling me her throughout the rest of the paper. I need one showing that I am a male please.

I selected “Mr.” as my gender/title, but the paperwork I received uses female “her” pronouns. I cannot use this letter and want a refund.

My landlord has added another $300 fine to my rent for having my dog

I have reached out in regards to receiving the updated information for the letter to state my dogs name and breed information for the office personnel. Someone replied via email and asked all the questions and I responded but I still have not received any further documents to prevent my apartment from taking legal action

I needed a extra letter signed and they never got back to me

Called them on Tuesday due to missed appt. Angela dealt with my query quickly & professionally. Next day I received call back.
