Ordered a Wilson Clash 100UV yesterday and it arrived today. This was at the cheapest price that I could find and I was given a 5% discount. Very pleased with the racquet, the price, the service and the reliability of delivery from this company.

Fantastic place to purchase squash gear, because of their post-purchase support. Great companies distinguish themselves when things don’t go according to plan and PDHsports does.

I purchased a pair of Unsquashable shoes (for a great price) and had it sent to my hotel in London. Before they sent the shoes, their team checked to make sure that the hotel knew the package was coming. I didn’t ask them to do it, but they saw the address and hotel name and proactively reached out to make sure. Not only that, they then sent the package with expedited mail, to guarantee it would arrive in the 3 days that I was staying in the hotel. Just phenomenal.

Oh, and the product, the shoes, are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Be aware I ordered Karakai indoor court shoes they are not true to size and it has cost me 2 lots of postage for item not fit for purpose .

Really good company, very competitive prices on tennis gear and fast delivery. I always look around online for the best price and find PDH to be as good if not better than the bigger tennis suppliers.
I’ve bought lots of balls for club use and latest purchase was Asics Gel Resolution 9. Very comfortable shoes straight out of the box, soles look good, hopefully they are as durable as the reviews say as only playing on outdoor tarmac courts now, reasonably wide fitting without being sloppy.

The positive...Customer service and speed of delivery excellent. Negative...I bought 2 Dunlop squash racquets, over 60 pounds each, the racquets came without covers, which for the money I found very disappointing.

I purchased a new pair of Salming squash shoes after sizing advice from one your team. I have to say, I'm delighted with the shoes - cushioning, grip and fit as hoped for. Great pricing and delivery too.

This tennis store offers an excellent online shopping experience. Their website is user-friendly and well-organized, making it easy to browse and find the items I needed. The product descriptions were detailed, and the images provided a clear representation of the products.

Superb service - I have used this supplier by visiting store in person previously so had confidence of familiarity. On this occasion ordered over the 'phone because I was 2 mins prior to 3pm cut off, Parcel was delivered - as I'm not actually local -
( Standard,ie Free of charge delivery!) by DPD courier at 12.30pm next day. I could not have asked for/expected better, Thank you Jamie.

Shoe price was also very competitive - so a very happy customer.

You mentioned that you are happy to help, however when I emailed you asking how your disappeared. I haven’t received any help from your side , neither your liase with Evri as you said.

Can you send me the sandals at least I can try to sell them and cover this mess…

I repeat, when someone opens box that doesn’t owe, change 200£ value worth shoes with cheap sandals and pack it again it is not a mixing up it is a stealing. Not sure why you are still trying to avoid this terminology.

Ordered a squash racket on Thursday night, but realised that my session was still on with my previous address on (it would have been a good point without moving home).
I sent a message through the website and replied to the order confirmation. I got a confirmation on Friday morning that the delivery address had been changed, and I received my racket on Monday through a really professional delivery from Royal Mail 48h.
I can't wait to try the racket!

Purchased two pairs of tennis shoes (Adidas)
Had Adidas for past 20 years but these ones just cut my feet badly.
Pdh were very fair in taking a return and after some misunderstanding made good on a refund.
Would certainly recommend them, they feel like they are a company that actually cares about customer service. Deliver was quick and efficient.
Will shop there again.

PDH sports does not facilitate the returns in any way, unlike other online shops. I placed a larger order but had to return it since I did not want the items. To my surprise, I had to organise my own courier, which was not only time-consuming but cost me over £16 -whereas I only paid £7 to have the items delivered to me.

What sort of online shop does not facilitate returns in any way? Surely, as a business, you have access to better rates than consumers do - why don't let customers benefit from this if you want them to shop from you? Completing disregarding providing a returns service is, in my opinion, really poor and leaves customers with unexpected costs. I will not shop again from PDHsports until this is sorted.
