I recently purchased a THERMO-PRO 125 racket from PDH Sports ......... really AWESOME service from them!!!!
This racket has very quickly become my "go to" - LOVE IT !!!!

Great customer service! Often you only discover what an online supplier is like when things go wrong. When a pair of shoes I recently bought developed a fault shortly after receiving them (no fault of PDH) Abbey in Customer Service dealt with the problem promptly, politely and effectively. Thank you for your assistance, you made problem resolution pain-free.

I have been so impressed with PDHsports. The range of equipment is excellent, with many cutting edge much of the new and best on the market available. The price is always better than I can find elsewhere. The information, guidance and support is always clear, informative and helpful. And then, add to that, I have had nothing but excellent experiences in terms of customer service. Abby has been brilliant, and taking it all in her stride as she did so. In addition to the fantastic selection of squash, padel and tennis equipment, the customer service is truly 5 star. Orders arrive in a timely fashion and should things go wrong Abby in particular will take fantastic care of you to make sure all is resolved. The personal touch in this scenario goes so far and is extremely well done.

Recently browsed around their website and purchased a pair of squash shoes - exceptional customer experience and product variety! Highly recommend this place for getting sports equipment.

My questions were answered quickly by the customer support team and the responses were very helpful. They have one of the widest variety of racket sports equipment that I have seen in the UK and at very reasonable prices (and they often have good promotions going on too!)

First class service in terms of ease of use, price and product offering, I have used them on a number of occasions to order Padel gear. However the real measure of a business/Brand is when a problem arises, I had an issue with a racket, their customer service lady came back to me the same day, asked for some images and the following day informed me a replacement would be despatched that day. It duly arrived today the whole experience was first class, I could not recommend them any higher to anyone ordering on line

I have a badminton tournament coming up so needed these shuttles but have been left very disappointed. I received an email informing me these were back in stock and visited the website and placed an order.

I purchased 50 tubes of Yonex AS30's shuttles the transaction and order went through at £1102.50

I was then emailed latter to be informed the price was incorrect, my order was cancelled and the web price increased to £1299.50 a difference of £197

Pdhsports should have honoured an advertised price, other companies like Central Sports & Badminton HQ have the same shuttles in stock at a similar price I suggest people use them instead because their is no guarantee this company will fulfil your order, your just going to get messed around.

I have purchased squash gear from PDH a number of times and always received a first class service! When there was an issue with a pair of squash shoes, they contacted the manufacturer and resolved the issue quickly! Even received a pack of mini strawbs with a recent clothing order!

Had a problem with a quite recently purchased pair of tennis shoes. A few photos & communications with Abby resulted in the manufacturer accepting the problem. I was able to replace the shoes.
Abby could not have been more helpful. Sorted this out within 2 days. Excellent service.

Excellent customer service. Quick responses (15mins from me sending an email), very polite and cheerful.

I bought a technifibre racket from them and used it 3 times in a few weeks. It had a fracture/crack on the head of the frame where the plastic bumper is.

This is odd as my previous racket (identical racket also purchased from pdh sports) has been used for 7 months and the bumper is completely worn out but no cracks.

I contacted customer service with photos and a brief explaination. It was 50/50 as it could just be bad luck where my racket cracked.

Customer advisor Abby was very helpful and requested the racket is returned to them for analysis (free of charge via printed delivery note).

While I was printing off the labels and repacking the racket into the box it came in, Abby replied and informed me they would be sending me a new replacement racket! I was over the moon!

The only proviso was for my current racket to be returned for them to review.

Top notch service and guarantee! I will be recommending pdh to all members at my squash club.

Their standard delivery is pretty much next day delivery which is super efficient!

Sensible advice over the phone. Super swift service . Absolutely no complaints,an excellent experience.

I recently purchased 2 pairs of squash shoes with PDH. The delivery was quick and painless. After only 1 game in the shoes, the first pair developed a hole right on then stitching. after 3 or 4 games, the other pair had the exact same thing happen. I was disheartened and doubtful I would get any resolve. Abby answered my email question on whether anything could be done. She was so polite and helpful, and super quick. She asked for pictures, sent those pictures off and contacted me in less than 24 hours to say that I had been approved for a credit. The level of service Abby offered was incredible, always so quick to respond and she made me feel like she genuinely knew where I was coming from. I have been a customer of PDH for 2 years now, and will forever remain a loyal customer, all thanks to the incredible customer service Abby provided. Truly grateful and blow away. Thank you Abby!!

Postage costs on small items make purchase impossible. Why can't there be cheaper rates for smaller items e.g. overgrips.

Things can go wrong. A company shows it's true self in how they respond to these things. When my package was stuck at customs, PDHsports quickly responded to my questions, kept me up to date and made sure it did end up on my doorstep in the end! The fact it got stuck at customs (and subsequently sent back) is not something they could do anything about, but them following up and making sure it did end up with me in the end made me a very happy customer!

I placed an order with PDH which the courier inexplicably left right in front of my door on show so of course it went missing.
However I have to say despite the issues with the courier company and how slow they are being PDH have been excellent especially Marcus on the customer service side.
He has completely taken ownership of the situation and resolved it 100%. It’s honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I really appreciate the support.
I’m really grateful for the assistance and willingness to go that extra distance to help. Huge respect for Marcus and a credit to PDH.

Ordered online, and the badminton accessories arrived in a flash; quick delivery, and now I'm a happy player ready for action.
