Amazing service. I live in Ireland and only applied for my British Passport under 3 weeks before I was due to go abroad. This is also busy season. I got my passport back in under 2 weeks. So fast.

Fantastic service. I thought it would take 3 - 4 weeks to get a new passport but I received it one week after making my application! And it is so easy to apply online. Get a digital photo, insert the code for the photo, complete a straightforward application, pay the passport fee, and send your old passport to the Passport Office. Then, sit back and receive updates throughout the renewal process. The system is faultless, and the Passport Office staff should be congratulated on their efficiency. Many thanks.

Such a fast service .They informed me at every step and my past was renewed in a week. And this was standard service. What a transformation compared to the last time I renewed. We'll done to everyone one at the passport office.

A complete nightmare to deal with. I started my passport application 6 months ago, had to pay the fee again and still it is a mess. Customer services can only do so much, it is the back office staff that are not fit for purpose.
I sent them emails everyday and rubbish responses just a template response. I started a complaint and will escalate it to the top.
Today I managed to find an email address for some at the top and emailed them. Just rubbish service, they used to be good, no longer. I guess this type of service is replicated in all civil departments

Very quick turn around for passport renewal. Slight error on my part dealt with over the phone same day. Excellent updates on tracking. Well done.

My experience updating my child’s passport to an adult was super easy and shockingly quick came within 2 weeks I’m pretty sure amazing service, thank you so much can’t wait for my holiday!! 😄

Horrible irresponsible service.It cant named service even!Every time different workers,no one know where is documents.Every time they send email with requesting documents,what is already sent to their office.They can't scan 2 documents to complete the application already 1 week,only promises.Im not sure Corby Passport Office exists.

Absolutely disgraceful treatment they provide.

I've complained and rung their useless helpline for over 50 times but still got nowhere near at all.

After 6 months of wait and massive miscommunication and emails, I am nowhere near to get my elderlys fathers passport renewed. Mind you my mum's passport had been done perfectly 6 months ago, which left my dad's one on hold and it was ALL Corby passport office's fault and they take no responsibility whatsoever.

Absolutely appalled by their service and their staffs work attitude simply because my dad's nationality is not British and he's renewing BNO not a British passport anyway.

Instructions for applying when abroad are unclear. I had to restart from scratch. They asked me to prove I hadn't changed my name!? Having supplied documentation for my first application they tried to make me re-supply the same. Impossible to get through on the phone. The service just says the application is proceeding even though it isn't. The chat line agent had the literacy and competency of a 5 year old. I've been stranded in Australia for 6 weeks and still not received the replacement for my stolen passport. Very unhappy with the service

Excellent service. Very efficient. Clear instructions. Kept informed at every step. Very impressed. Programmed 6 weeks for renewal. Had passport back just under 3 weeks including dispatch to the UK from Switzerland. Thank you.

Superb service . Completed online on Tuesday afternoon , new passport arrived this morning ( Saturday) . Status texts and emails from HM passport throughout process.

Apply online Sunday evening, returned old passport on Monday, acknowledge on Tuesday, approved on the Wednesday, printed on the Thursday, arrived on the Friday.
Credit for the department where it is due!

Amazing service using online renewal. Filled in on Monday, returned old passport back on Tuesday signed for delivery and new passport was back in my hands on the Friday. Used passport photo on-line to ensure my photo was to standard and they give you the digital code to put into your application that only took 5 minutes and cost £9.95.

Shit service

Fantastic urgent service. i was refused boarding to my plane to Italy because my passport had been issued over ten years ago even though it was well before the expiry date printed in the passport. It's an absurd consequence of Brexit. So I went online to the passport office, got really helpful support by phone with no waiting, took a photo on my smartphone at the airport and got an appointment 36 hours later. I picked up my new passport with no problems in a ten minute appointment in London, on time, with no waiting at all. Incredibly well designed service and well managed. What a change from the old passport office!

Whoever redesigned the system should be cloned and put onto the railway ticketing system and the NHS

Finding out this morning how much the passport has gone up! How on earth can they put something up that’s 25% higher than inflation? This is no joke! this government is stealing from people it has to stop. I’m embarrassed I’ve served this country, I look at this country with absolute shame and disappointment.

Applied last thursday for a renewal, got my new passport delivered this morning. 8 days, great service and good communication!

Hassle free, efficient and quick. I will never do a paper form again.
